@FreedomMobile Kindly provide a contact number where I can express my displeasure at the treatment received at one of your stores today. Elderly women should NEVER be humiliated or yelled at for any reason. We need to talk.

@FreedomMobile Your page to log into MyFreedom account is down and the app doesn’t work atm. Do you know what’s happening?

@freedomsupport No. It is a server side issue and not a client side issue hence the nginx error.

@freedomsupport ...ok. but you are wasting money. You are serving me an ad for a Pixel 6a when I am reading it on a pixel 6 xl. I am not the customer, hence me saying you are wasting ad budget.

@FreedomMobile You charged me for a call made from my Kanata home to Hamilton. When texting with support today, the first person said I called from an area that gets Nationwide Calling and asked for my postcode. The second person said I had called a national no.

Hey, @FreedomMobile @freedomsupport why is it so difficult to change a billing address; why do you guys even have an address that’s saved and verified, that’s an address I haven’t lived at since 2014, and would have never given that address out to you, but yet it’s verified? 🤔

  • _ashley_j ashley (@_ashley_j) reported

another day wasted with @freedomsupport despite endless promises of a resolution. A complaint will be filed with @CCTS_CPRST to avoid this happening with other. Stay away from @FreedomMobile unless you want to waste your time and lose your sanity. Incompetence at its finest

  • somarketingjay fullysending.eth (@somarketingjay) reported

@freedomsupport This is about as good support as i expect. Page not found, not a browser error.
