    @freedomsupport @freedomsupport is not able to help customers in case of spoofing the only way out is changing the number which if not a good resolution at all. My phone is ringing non stop people complaining receiving calls from me and I did not call them. Freedom mobile please help!

    @FreedomMobile .. the worst phone provider ever. Customer service is atrocious. Been with them for 2 years, had the same problem of loosing service over and over. They have not even gave me 1 cent compensation, even with the records showing I called multiple times with issues.

    Dear @FreedomMobile I might have to cancel my plan with you guys. I get no data reception at my workplace. (130 Bloor St. Toronto) Can this be remedied before I have to cut my service and switch?

    I'm sick and tired of @chatrmobile and their #badcustomerservice online and over the phone #ruderepresentatives #ignorant (10 years wasted) my service is always crashing paying $50+ for trash isn't worth it @FreedomMobile or @PublicMobile you think you can do better?

    @freedomsupport I usually pay my bill through the app. I have 2 phones I paid the 1st no problem. 2nd won't go though. Payment is not processed. It did this twice.

    Hi @freedomsupport I’m permanently moving from Canada to UAE (Dubai). And I want to keep my mobile phone number for 2FA etc. I’ve been told your $99 prepaid plan would be an interesting option. If I transferred to it, would my phone work in UAE (or do you have network partners)?
