    @freedomsupport @FreedomMobile Now when I try to call customer Care, they keep disconnecting my call after sometime automatically. I visited the Freedom store Fairway Mall Kitchener , They said we cannot do anything , it's a billing issue only handled by customer care service.

    Went to the mall today the guy convinced me to to switch from @chatrmobile to @FreedomMobile I can only deal with bad service for so long like literally everything was bad and I mean everything

    @TrifGaming @FreedomMobile Correct. Freedom is cheap, but there's a reason. I'm in waterloo and work at telus if you need a hookup. Boxing week starting soon so not a bad time to be in the market

    Hey @freedomsupport last few weeks its been very hard to get pictures sent to me via text messages; didn't have any problems before that. They often take forever to download/multiple tries, or don't download at all. Any ideas?

    Do not buy any service with @FreedomMobile as I had bad experience with it and worst customer service. They lies to sell their services and now not giving my refund.
