ketul kansara (@KansaraKetul) reportedWhen I have 10GB data added in my plan one year ago I confirmed if they charged me extra for that but customer service said @FreedomMobile randomly select customers and give them bonus data as complimentary. it’s not stick with plan so not charge and now they removed bonus data.
