    @FreedomMobile My grandparents are stuck in Dubai International Airport and there was a drone strike and their relying on Freedom to communicate since Wi-Fi is down but Freedom Support refused to provide them with roaming service waived or any help! Can you guys help please?

    @FreedomMobile NOT ONE WORD FROM ANY EMPLOYEE OR A MANAGER FROM CANADA TO ME IF THEY CAN RESOLVE THIS ISSUE. THIS MAKES YOU SUCK EVEN MORE ! WHEN I FINALLY GET MY $113.39 FROM THESE ******* IN EGYPT I WILL “FIRE” THEM INSTANTLY

    @FreedomMobile I’ve been trying to get in touch with your customer service team for 2 days now with no luck. All 5 times I’ve been on hold for more than 30 minutes. No agents available on WhatsApp either. I’m having issues with my home internet and need technical support.
