    @FreedomMobile I spend 2+ hours with technical support, they say they can't fix my issue so I had to port out. Then you claim that no rep accessed my account and you have no record of it---how convenient @cbcmarketplace @cbcmarketplace

    @FreedomMobile oh and yes...their customer service was absolutely useless as ****!!! I did a lot of digging myself to get the info I needed and they had no choice to admit they had it all along once I had the proof! I wasn't gonna let them get away with that garbage!!!

    Thanks for overcharging me on my latest bill like crazy @FreedomMobile when I was assured the add-on I didn't want would be removed during my last chat. Now been on hold for over an hour. You have the worst customer service.
