@freedomsupport Not looking for a workaround, just curious if you know when the issue will be completely resolved without me needing to disable Visual Voicemail.

@Rootbrian_ @freedomsupport It could be, but it isn’t, the problem affects all data services; no DNS, no email, no connection to lightweight web servers. And it has been consistent for over a week, since the literal moment I crossed my plan’s fast data limit.

@freedomsupport No but what you can do is send somebody from corporate down and check it out for themselves I'm not going to send you a DM because it does absolutely nothing or maybe look at the reviews what people say about that store

Your team wasted 4 hours of my time and gave me an offer that didn't exist. Please avoid freedom at all costs. They're barely cheaper than the other guys but the service is much worse. @freedomsupport

@freedomsupport Feedback? Not one single CS interaction we’ve had with Freedom has been enjoyable. Always issues and get the runaround. It would be a waste of my time and yours to provide feedback. Crediting back the unexpected charges was the thing to do and you failed miserably.
