    @FreedomMobile Hey, you guys need to get your act together & set up service in the Trail, Castlegar, Nelson, Rosland, & salmo area of BC ASAP. Why does this small region have no service yet there is coverage there? You guys have service in Grand Forks & in Creston. So?🤔?🤔?

    @FreedomMobile I am a customer trying to add a prepaid plan for another phone and about to give business to another carrier. Frustrated to no end using your website on desktop computer. I click the plan and there is no next step showing up.

    Hello @FreedomMobile I bought an IPhone XS Max from you as a customer and have since paid off the phone however the phone is till locked to freedom mobile after all these years. I have visited your service center and called tech support countless times.

    @FreedomMobile How does anyone get a hold of a person? Been trying all day and can't get anyone to respond. Got a text last night saying my account was 85% of it's credit... This morning text about account suspended for unpaid balance. I'm on Auto pay! 5 phones not working
