    @FreedomMobile just ended the call with Aya c10480. After 2h, still got scummed by your company. Never again! No more talks! Folks - do not sign with FreedomMobile especially the prepaid services.

    @GTM618 @FreedomMobile That’s the tricky part of visiting Niagara Falls - easy for phones to switch to the US carriers. I was there 2 weeks ago and all our Bell phones did the same thing. With Freedom I always found messaging from iPhone to be pretty responsive for support.

    @FreedomMobile I've not been able to get a hold of support regarding my cell phone service through freedom mobile WhatsApp support. tried multiple times but got no responses after waiting many hours. On one occasion the wait was 6+ hours and then I was kick'd off the queue.
