    @FreedomMobile How long must one stay on hold with freedom? This is ridiculous I've been waiting to connect to an agent for over an hour, sitting on the phone listening to this terrible music while on hold, desperately hoping someone picks up the friggin phone.

    @PKP_Qc @FreedomMobile Getting a hard PDP authentication data block. Reps ignored the network error to push to upsell a phone (scam). Filed complaint with @CCTS_CPRST Just want my data re-provisioned, been w/Freedom 10 years. Stop scamming!

    @FreedomMobile I closed my acct. 8 months ago, paid the balance & have email confirmation. Why are you sending me a bill? I've tried to speak to customer service & no one will respond.
