    @FreedomMobile WTF.. trying to solve issues regarding my internet and my tab.. wanting to pay off.. upset because service sucks and your reps hang up on me.. 3 times... yeah that will keep me as a customer..

    @freedomsupport can receive txts, but unable to send outbound txt messages since 1:12pm PST today. Called Freedom, they were unable to resolve. Sent you ticket # in DM. Can you please escalate to network tech ASAP? Others reporting similar issue, is it outbound txt outage?

    @freedomsupport @allanthegolfer Same issue here on the west coast. Sent you a DM. Unable to send outbound text msgs since 1:12pm PST, but can receive them. Already called in and have a ticket #. Pls have network tech investigate if there's a SMS outbound network issue ASAP.
