    @JonFraserTF @TELUS I switched to @FreedomMobile for home and mobile last year. Cut my bill in half and don't pay roaming fees. The service has been the same as Rogers I had before. Highly recommend

    @FreedomMobile I’ve been trying to get in touch with your customer service team for 2 days now with no luck. All 5 times I’ve been on hold for more than 30 minutes. No agents available on WhatsApp either. I’m having issues with my home internet and need technical support.

    @FreedomMobile is a complete garbage service and I will disconnect all 3 accounts ASAP. I keep getting with the prepaid accounts and I hear is because we have some defect! My son ended up without the service in a dangerous situation because of your defect. There you have it!

    @FreedomMobile for a telecom company, you surely set the bar for how low quality and crappy a service can be. Your website does not load and it's been 48 hours. Please fix.

    @FreedomMobile i dislike your phone company and your customer service very much. it’s really terrible how you steal money from customers and then when they call/live chat support numerous times, i don’t get respected or helped and the manager even spells my name wrong

    @ericzawo @rory_mg @FreedomMobile Agreed. Was very happy with them. I just didn’t like how I got 0 service in cottage country. Has the network been improved? It’s been a few years since then
