    @FreedomMobile I am customer of freedom since 2012 and my other family members since 2014. Recently, got iPhone 13 for my husband from freedom using tab and paying extra. I got my invoice and they Charged me $45 activation fee for existing phone line. I’m am very disappointed.

    @TinaYazdani 911 service will work for any phone in the subway. If someone is really concerned about their safety, they can always get service through @FreedomMobile.

    @freedomsupport over charge my account then give me the run around with terrible customer service! Keep my $27 over charge!! Cancelled my account because of useless customer service!

    Don’t bother getting #freedommobile they don’t have customer care. Only virtual and not one concern rectified.

    @freedomsupport @Apple And @Apple asked that I take it back to Freedom Mobile. After exhausting everything I could, I think I will be needing the help of the media and a good lawyer to see this through this.
