    EVERY TIME you call @FreedomMobile you get a passive-aggressive female robot who says "We are currently experiencing longer than normal wait times...". No! That IS YOUR 'NORMAL'! It's every time I call you! And that 'hold music' is the worst sounding trash ever! I'm an artist.

    @freedomsupport Toronto SMS down. Can recieve, can't send. RCS and other data features unaffected, only SMS.

    @freedomsupport Are you iOS15 as well? If not then you’re right it’s not just me (iOS15). Hmm… 🤔 Well! Hope there is a solution in the coming weeks. If it was ios15 specifically then I’d understand if it wasn’t top priority right now but as it might be iOS14 too then that changes things.

    @freedomsupport @bella1973jj I’m glad to hear that you are “excited“ about 5G. Presumably your service depends on partner networks which I must roam on. These partner networks would have 5G service, no? Why could we not use that 5G when signed up with you? It’s not a technical limitation.

    @FreedomMobile has informed has informed me today; We don't have to provide quality service just cell phones and you better pay or else. Seriously?? I switched because unable to resolve issues since Summer 2020.. @OttawaCitizen @ottawasuncom part 1
