An open question for Canadian telcos over the Rogers network outage earlier this week. Why did you deny Canadians the ability to dial 911? Shame on you @Bell_Support @TELUS @FreedomMobile for failing to provide such a critical service to Rogers customers in need!

  • davemccauley Dave McCauley (@davemccauley) reported

@freedomsupport Looks like no one wants to help me as a paying customer for years!

@sarahkbingler @JulieMDPanneton @FreedomMobile Good news! Rogers has to sell off Freedom Mobile. Bad news: Quebecor has been *approved* to buy it but it seems they use Rogers networks for 4G. There’s no real choice in Canada.

@freedomsupport I'm in Seattle and have purchased a Big Gig USA one time add on. However, I can't seem to connect. By default my phone connected to a 3G T-Mobile network, but can't get calls or messages through. AT&T and T-Mobile LTE networks don't register when I try. Help?

@FreedomMobile If the Shaw Rogers merger goes through I will be leaving Freadom. I do not support the monopoly that is the Canadian mobile service

@freedomsupport I had my internet restored briefly on Saturday from the Rogers outage but it's been down again in Markham since Sunday morning. I've used almost 4GB of my monthly plan already. Can I get a credit applied to my account?
