  • JF_Viljoen Jf Viljoen (@JF_Viljoen) reported

@Crackmacs @FreedomMobile @koodo I have 18gb + 2gb roaming with Freedom. Rebooking the phone when you need to hop onto a roaming network is a minor inconvenience for paying less AND having enough data to stream spotify all month.

  • Jamhooriat 𝗡𝗮𝗲𝗲𝗺 𝗦𝗮𝗿𝘄𝗮𝗿 (@Jamhooriat) reported

@FreedomMobile Today, Pathetic service quality and poor coverage all the way from Rupert to production way on Lougheed Highway. No signals permanently on the east side of Burnaby mountain, Its quiet frustrating. I'll definitely change my service provider, soon.

@FreedomMobile @TASSCouncil @cityoftoronto Well done! This is a great example of being a good corporate citizen. The digital divide is a real problem. A lot of people only have enough money for rent & food. Phones & plans are just too expensive but with everything going online have become a necessity

  • Tammy53239038 Tammy (@Tammy53239038) reported

@Crackmacs @FreedomMobile @koodo I had to give them up when I moved to Woodbine. I had no service 99% of the time.

@freedomsupport I'll give you a call later. As an existing customer I can switch to one of the deals? Also, do you have simple phones with big screens for seniors?

  • stephlackey Steph Lackey (@stephlackey) reported

@therobmilne @FreedomMobile I too have lost trust! My husband set up an account for his elderly father who now can no longer use a phone. He cancelled but they keep charging his credit card & they owe him money! They have acknowledged there is a credit but never credited his card. Many calls and no help!

  • SalomeWiredu salome wiredu (@SalomeWiredu) reported

@sierraabond @FreedomMobile @FreedomMobile continued to charge my account after I closed it and claimed they didn’t receive a notice of cancellation from me. Worst yet, they charged me an additional device charge of $74 for a device I bought outright with no balance. They sent my account to collections.

@FreedomMobile Hello, I am out of Canada and trying to pay my bills. I forgot my PIN, so I would like to reset my password, but I never got the link sent to my email that helps reset the password. Please help.

  • robsonlaine Laine Robson (@robsonlaine) reported

@Crackmacs @FreedomMobile @koodo If you generally stick to the city center, Freedom should be just fine. I live in Auburn Bay, and often have service drops on my Freedom phone (which doesn't have "roaming" plan coverage). My work phone is on another carrier, and never has issues in the same spots.

  • Gayosaurus Glamazon Zamboni (@Gayosaurus) reported

@Crackmacs @FreedomMobile @koodo I have no issues with them - and when you leave the city you still have service and can add on more “roaming” data over and above your allotment.
