@FreedomMobile To get a new phone shipped to my work I had to cancel my upgrade and change my billing address? In 2022? Dumb. It's been 4yrs but maybe @Rogers is a little more customer-savvy. #disappointed

@FreedomMobile has the worst customer service and is the worst provider. they are not responsible for the bugs in their system and will charge YOU for it. please save your time and money and don't ever choose them. #freedommobilesucks

@FreedomMobile Planned obsolescence by companies that have no incentive to make products last longer decreases the length of time we hang on to our gadgets before we toss them away for the next new thing. Our system of disposal has been to dump our e-waste onto any country willing to take it.
