    @freedomsupport As a young adult I’ve never had such horrible costumer service. I will never be using freedom services again and I advise every1 to do the same. This company at the bare minimum doesn’t even have the decency to help u over the phone “chat support only”. v upset.

    @FreedomMobile Charging me for a service I didn't even use, then not be able to tell me how much my refund is, and make me wait up to 45 days for the refund (of a charge on a line i CANCELLED) saying, your hands are tied? ******** business are you running?

    @koodo I don’t understand if this is the level of customer service you offer @FreedomMobile is way better being T4. It will be a night mare to think of @TELUS customer service based on koodo’s. Stunned ! #koodowaste👎🏻

    @freedomsupport worst customer servic ever experienced. a total mess. online support says to go in store, in store says to call. ive been on hold with customer support for 2+ hours only for them to hang up. then chat says go in store and the store is telling me they can’t help

    Freedom Mobile can not figure out my phone @FreedomMobile been on calls for 5 times, 3 store visits and they hang up on me when all I'm trying to do is order a new phone.

    @FreedomMobile getting error code 07 with my Apple Watch…can’t connect to cellular. What happens next? This is my last option as 611 and the store cannot help me

    @freedomsupport I tried that and received a lot of BS. I was better off with Rogers. Same crap, but at least they were compassionate with their customers!
