@freedomsupport Considering freedom mobile is shite and customer service is rude and practically non-existent, maybe you should try to be more motivational. Also I was promised a call back with 24-48 hours about three weeks ago. So maybe less stupid tweets and more doing your job?

Hey @FreedomMobile #freedommobile why such garbage customer abuse?"The promotion is available for a limited time to eligible new and existing customers" means If i want to change my plan, I can. Yet your CSR tells me only new customers qualify for the plans advertised @CCTS_CPRST

My current network want me to pay $10 more for a plan because I’m already a customer, to get the price that’s offered I would have to get a new number. So basically loyalty with @FreedomMobile is rewarded with customers having to pay more. That’s one way to lose a customer 👋
