Internet has been out for 2 weeks . * Customer service is pathetic and no resolution to issue. * 1 hour with customer service and I was bounced around between 5 people. Because of your worthless internet I used up my mobile data, trying to get that corrected and I was told β buy more dataβ Why would I pay more when Iβm already not getting what I paid for ? CRTC has my two complaints.

Instead they gave me the lower plan but charged me for the higher tier plan. Now Iβm stuck with useless agent refusing to pay that back
