    @FreedomMobile why are you throttling internet up loads? can no longer upload any file larger than a photo. I'm a musician & upload music files I'm working on, but cannot upload to any cloud storage service. I can't upload from any of my computers whether I'm using Linux or W11

    @FreedomMobile I closed my acct. 8 months ago, paid the balance & have email confirmation. Why are you sending me a bill? I've tried to speak to customer service & no one will respond.

    @FreedomMobile just ended the call with Aya c10480. After 2h, still got scummed by your company. Never again! No more talks! Folks - do not sign with FreedomMobile especially the prepaid services.

    @FreedomMobile can you please review your APs in the Guelph (Kortright & Hanlon / Kortright & Edinburgh) area. I have 5g with between 2 & 3 of 4 bars but data is borderline unusable. IF it connects it's brutally slow.

    @FreedomMobile I’ve been a loyal customer for 2.5 years, and lately the monthly plan has become tough to manage. Others R offering better prices with similar data & intl minutes. I’d genuinely prefer to stay, but I need help to make my plan more affordable. can do to help me stay with freedom?
