    @freedomsupport Is the mobile network in Calgary down? I can't make any calls, and when I tried the troubleshooter on the website to send me a support SMS, no message/sms showed up

    @freedomsupport Why's your service out? I called 611 and they weren't helpful. They don't know when service will be restored. @FreedomMobile why are you not communicating with your customers?

    @FreedomMobile is so slow I have full bars and they are blocking speed. I have 500Kbps not KB. I called 611 and she pretended not to hear me is the rudest people to me. I know it works why are you such ******** I paid my bill you jerk. I am so hurt by your service. It is slow..

    @freedomsupport Did you read the part where I said my PERSONAL device? This is a nuisance. Maybe run this customer concern up the chains rather than automatically dismissing it with this response. Sigh.
