@FreedomMobile worst service provider and customer relationship ever. @FreedomMobile is trying to extort money from their customers in this time of the pandemic even when they don’t use their service for 6 months. Piling up the bill to a whooping $1000 in 6 months (1/2)

@freedomsupport I live in Alliston, ON and since Sunday my cell service has been down. Is there something going on? Someone I should contact about this problem?

  • Kassie_YEG Kassie (@Kassie_YEG) reported

@freedomsupport you need to switch your name to Freedumb Mobile cause I am watching my husband try to get his new phone working. ABSOLUTE NIGHTMARE!! Will NEVER upgrade on Freedumb Mobile, you can NOT activate your new sim card

  • CAYashMaks Yash Makwana (@CAYashMaks) reported

@FreedomMobile I bought a plan of phone + data on 19 February. I'm a new customer but I haven't received my mobile and sim yet. I raised the complaint by email to your back office and got the reply now that they are investigating it.

  • followTrinity Trinity Daniels (@followTrinity) reported

Don't get @FreedomMobile. When your 10gbs are done, they slow down the internet way too much. I can't load basic pages, or any social media apps. Very sad. Anybody know of a real unlimited data company? Even if they do reduce speed, as long it isn't as much as @freedomsupport

  • realgavinquinn Gavin Quinn 🌹 (@realgavinquinn) reported

@freedomsupport I went over my 5gb plan but the speed has slowed down to the point of it being unusable. My plan is supposed to be unlimited. I'm fine with slower speeds, but not to the point that apps just don't work at all. Please help/DM me. Thanks

  • FrontWaveRunner Jack Chen (@FrontWaveRunner) reported

@freedomsupport I have been contacting you guys since then and again, I was told to wait for 3-5 business days, three times. nothing happens. I tried to cancel the order and buy my phone elsewhere, and again, the answer is no. you tell me what can I do now?
