    @freedomsupport Refused to let me talk to a higher up his pay grade, went on mute to talk to his co worker, I ended up getting hung up on because of your crappy network that I had to use your text message and the wonderful lady helped me out there. THAT WOMAN deserves a raise and that dude -

    @freedomsupport I’d 100% recommend getting better customer service lines where you guys don’t constantly try to harass me offering me promotions and refusing to let me out of my contract. Saying nobody was available to do that. For 48 hours.

    @FreedomMobile I’m not able to make online payments to my bills because of a “system error”. I tried contacting customer support and they could help fix my problem. They said they were going to notify IT. However, seems like the issue isn’t on everyone’s accounts.

    @freedomsupport Yes I can read. And I’d suggest customer retention = retaining customers not sending them elsewhere. I’m well aware I have options. I don’t feel stick. Angry. Annoyed. Furious.JUDGED. Are all the emotions I am experiencing

    @freedomsupport your network in Livingston Calgary is a joke failed calls after 20s like I am 10m from city centre we need antennas this way please
