  @freedomsupport There’s no message in my DM’s from you. Anyway, Tishar (I hope I spelled his name correctly) from customer care has resolved the issue. He is the sort of personality you want dealing with customers. No customer deserves the manager I spoke to this afternoon. A nightmare.

  @daveobri @FreedomMobile @ChurchWellesley When I had to knock to get in, I understood bc maybe with covid capacity limits they’d only let a few people in at a time but when I saw an unmasked customer & turned around to leave, I found that the door was locked BOTH ways. They unlatched it remotely immediately but ZOIKS.

  @freedomsupport hey i am trying to pay a phone - it was due on the 21st so it’s been off for a few days but anyways payment won’t go through - I keep getting a system error occurred. Is your site broken???
