    Hey @FreedomMobile it's 2025. You've been in ( #VancouverBC since 2010 ) 15 Years I think it's time to fix your Data & Call Coverage. Can't even go on the SkyTrain without losing service all over.

    @FreedomMobile why do you advertise certified pre owned phones on your website as a good option. But then they are NEVER in stock. It’s an excellent choice for my mom because she doesn’t need newest and wants to keep. But we can never buy. When will it be an option?!

    PSA: Don’t trust the @FreedomMobile store at Jackson Square. I cancelled my prepaid plan on July 15 after switching to @koodo, but they still charged my card for August. Now I have to wait 5 business days just to see if I can get a refund. Your customer service number is a joke
