Disconnected my line with no explaination and waiting for more than 2 hours with someone else’s phone. I don’t know how think someone can reach the support line using others phone for two hours.

Spike (@HeyimSpike) reported@FreedomMobile My grandparents are stuck in Dubai International Airport and there was a drone strike and their relying on Freedom to communicate since Wi-Fi is down but Freedom Support refused to provide them with roaming service waived or any help! Can you guys help please?

WyzeOne (@Remlam) reported@MAKHKHKHKHZOUMI @FreedomMobile Because their prices and value save thousands of dollars. I’m part of this outage but this is the first hiccup I’ve had with them in 6 or 7 years I’ve been with them. Compared to Rogers and Telus, freedom is far superior!

Arise (@Ariseskater) reported@FreedomMobile Switched to freedom 4 months ago and now I get dropped calls repeatedly it's been so annoying never had this issue with any other carrier and when you try to phone customer support it takes up to an hour to get thru been to the outlet a few times. ready to give up on this plan
