    I just woke up one morning with my service disconnected. And not knowing why. Countless hours of confusion, stress, and frustration and not even apology or admission of error on their part. It would have been nice to at least receive a credit for my trouble. @freedommobile

    @freedomsupport I have been having multiple unsuccessful interactions with customer service. They are unable to explain why Freedom Mobile is not processing payments at this time. Please provide a response. I do not want to DM anymore. It's unproductive.

    @FreedomMobile My friend just got an iPhone 11 with a 45 dollar monthly for 20 gigs. (Unlimited) I pay 96 for the same. How is this fair? Please help.

    @freedomsupport why are you guys so unreliable! You misplaced four of my payments, and I was guaranteed the payments would return to my bank account, they have not, you guaranteed to not suspend my service on YOUR mistake , and you did. Truly disgusting and egregious behaviour.

    @FreedomMobile Easily the worst customer service I have ever experienced had. I regret signing up with them and it hasn’t even been 3 weeks. I have spent countless hours with no help. #worstcustomerservice

    @freedomsupport Terrible company. Overcharged on an account so I cancelled it but keep getting billed! Freedom won’t fix their mistake because I can’t remember my pin (months after I cancelled). Multiple phone calls have been made and no progress. Can anyone help resolve this? Service reps won’t

    @freedomsupport Just a friendly reminder your service sucks so bad I've never seen worse I can't even pay my cell phone bill Because you want to send me a verification code But it's not going to my email worst cellphone service I've ever had
