@freedomsupport hey on the road in Kelowna. My phone only works on wifi and says emergency calls only. Wife's is also acting up. Is there a network outage?

Gotta love when @FreedomMobile sells you a roaming plan that doesn't work, won't refund your money for it, and chews up your vacation time by paying it's service agents to argue the point. "Freedom from Reliability."

Can't wait 2 pay this **** off and be done with @FreedomMobile the worse cell phone company that Canada has and their customer service is beyond frustrating when you can't understand the reps and they can't explain your bill to you🤬🤬🤬🤬

Big up to @FreedomMobile who hung up on my wife and told her "call back when you've calmed down" when her father is stuck in the US with no service (that they said he'd have), just after making him buy out his recently passed wife's phone before putting the account in his name
