    Just had a phone conversation with @FreedomMobile customer service and it was the most frustrating thing ever. Why do they even have one because nothing can be done over the phone, it has to be all in store, which during this pandemic, I don't want to go into a store.

    @FreedomMobile By far the worst company I have ever has to deal with. They can't even do a simple number porting. The service works when it wants to, that is my reason for changing carriers. PLEASE DO NOT SIGN UP WITH THIS COMPANY IT IS NOT WORTH IT!!!!!!!!!!!

    @FreedomMobile many of my family has missed a special time because of you. I will go to @CTVNews and @globalnewsto with this. Letting them know how you treat customers during a pandemic ! I have screenshots and recorded phone calls.

    @freedomsupport day 2 of "server errors" when trying to make a phone call. Any incoming grts met with a busy tone (I am not on the phone at any point during this). Little hard to get things done when you cant contact anyone and they cant contact you.
