    @FreedomMobile Also i can help you out to tell you where your network is not available in the very main areas of city. as i drive from 8am to 11pm daily in GVA. (4)

    @freedomsupport It’s 7:16 AM and the service is still unavailable. This is deliberate. U guys cut off service to my phone as well and shouldn’t have done so until tomorrow respectfully as that’s the last day to pay. I’m going to report this issue to the CRTC as well. U caused the inconvenience

    @FreedomMobile Freedom customer service is terrible. You cannot hear them and they don't hear you either. Their chat service is useless too. Terrible phone company with terrible customer service!!!

    @FreedomMobile I don't know why you are not aware of this but these places i mentioned are in the centre of the cities and i dont know why there is no network. there is only 1 tower out of 4 in phone and internet doesn't work there. i request you to please work on this. (3/3)

    Okay @FreedomMobile I am trying to help my senior mother get a new phone and I (tech savvy) cannot figure out how to speak to a human to get this done. @VancityReynolds can you PLEASE hurry up and get @Mintmobile up here in #Canada? #HelpWaynesMom !!!

    @freedomsupport I never cancelled my service with Freedom. I tried calling the number there but it did not go through. I also called the other number for those outside North America but could not still get anyone.

    @freedomsupport Well, for starters - your whatsapp support it's ridiculous. Don't even think you're trying on that one.. I've bought roaming packages without being able to actually use them? I think I spent 90$ on an international 10 day package and missed an entire day cuz it didn't work
