Every other mobile company we deal with has a $10/ day US plan and Freedom just soaked my son. Your staff would not listen and only wanted to argue

Other carriers charge $11/ day, that works out to $55 for 5 days vs $230. Don’t give me this Affordable BS. Then we get the rudest 2 agents. That is NOT striving for great customer service…
