    Hello @FreedomMobile I bought an IPhone XS Max from you as a customer and have since paid off the phone however the phone is till locked to freedom mobile after all these years. I have visited your service center and called tech support countless times.

    @FreedomMobile find out it was an issue on your end. 5 lines not working all day, can't get a hold of anyone until 6pm. Asked what is going to be done about 5 ppl not being able to work all day. Responses was nothing.

    @FreedomMobile been on hold for over an hour twice to get a usage report for Aug 15- Sep 15 2025. Why is it so difficult to get in touch with support. Texted, WhatsApp, called. What else can I do? Please get in touch and help out. @FreedomMobile

    @GTM618 @FreedomMobile That’s the tricky part of visiting Niagara Falls - easy for phones to switch to the US carriers. I was there 2 weeks ago and all our Bell phones did the same thing. With Freedom I always found messaging from iPhone to be pretty responsive for support.
