    Today is my last day of being a customer of @FreedomMobile. Changing my account name should not be harder than cancelling my service and arranging service with one of your competitors. The manager at my local store was apathetic and told me to visit a different store. So I will.

    @FreedomMobile ****** service and doesnt have 5g. They don’t invest 5g anymore. Don’t buy it.

    @freedomsupport hi I'm from Ontario canada and my freedom mobile data is very slow its always going to 3G or 4G and the speed is terrible and I am on a samsung Z fold 3 5G.

    @FreedomMobile I am not happy with Freedom billing, after one year when I chat with agent asking about buyout, agent charged me $ 20 more monthly still facing network problems in Kitchener

    @Rootbrian_ @FreedomMobile Connection service. Not all the time would a customer have service outside of the city. I canceled because when ever I travelled outside of Toronto where I purchased my plan my service would drop considerably.

    @MellowCanuck_46 @freedomsupport They cannot guarantee signal inside your home or workplace/office. For that, there is Wi-Fi calling. Also, the number of bars is signal to noise ratio, not the level of service your device shows.
