    @FreedomMobile An extra $300!!! Thanks for the “free upgrade”. Customer service won’t help....I was fine waiting out my contract. This is the crap Bell does and why I left. It’s dishonest.

    Hi @FreedomMobile, yesterday I purchased a 6mth prepaid plan and just today learned that your network doesn't cover even the very urban neighborhood of Steveston in Richmond, BC. Is it possible that there is no cancellation/refund available?
