    @FreedomMobile My grandparents are stuck in Dubai International Airport and there was a drone strike and their relying on Freedom to communicate since Wi-Fi is down but Freedom Support refused to provide them with roaming service waived or any help! Can you guys help please?

    Hello @FreedomMobile I bought an IPhone XS Max from you as a customer and have since paid off the phone however the phone is till locked to freedom mobile after all these years. I have visited your service center and called tech support countless times.

    @FreedomMobile I do not recommend this network to anyone in Canada. After bombarding me to converting marketing emails, I visited their stall at Fairview Mall in Don Mills Toronto- guess the worst experience I had from the sales man in the store he wanted to beat up bse I over questioned him.

    @FreedomMobile Wow , my wife cannot even receive phone calls and all Freedom will do is a $10 month discount . Works perfect in Edmonton , but #Camrose it sucks . More Customers , lack of infrastructure = terrible service #FreedomMobile
