    Usually you guys are the worst service providers in Canada. But in the 6 years I’ve used y’all I’ve never had this much issues. Why is my reception off since yesterday freedom? @FreedomMobile It’s 6:37 a.m on a Saturday & I’m up because of you guys. What’s up?

    @ericzawo @rory_mg @FreedomMobile Agreed. Was very happy with them. I just didn’t like how I got 0 service in cottage country. Has the network been improved? It’s been a few years since then

    . @FreedomMobile - You leave your support people in a bad position - essentially BS-ing your customers through 'tests' knowing full well it's broken. DO BETTER!
