    @freedomsupport I upgrade my phone on November 27th and today is Dec 27th and still waiting for my phone to arrived. Freedom passing the buck saying they did their job and ship the phone so It is my problem now to deal with Fedex. I didn't order the phone from Fedex .

    @FreedomMobile Don’t let them trick you with a free phone or a large data plan. I can’t even open a webpage from a lot of locations in Ottawa I can send you the speed test results. And when you call the call centre they say if it is more than 1mbits, it is within the service agreement.

    @freedomsupport specifically Z.Z please learn to read English!!! I dIds not get a rep I was told at the store I can only buy a phone online as I am not a new customer. AGAIN I WANTY TO BUY A OHONE CONTACT ME SO I CAN GIVE YOU MONEY TO BUY A PHONE

    @Crackmacs @koodo @FreedomMobile I've been with Freedom for years, back when it was Wind, and I have had zero issues. I now also have their home internet service with which I also have zero issues.

    @FreedomMobile Hi Freedom, trying to upgrade online w/this offer, how come terms & conditions for your boxing week promo "Save an Extra $10/mo. x 24mo." don't state that this is in-store only? As per the agent currently helping me on text messaging, who is no able to help me Checkout. Thanks.

    @freedomsupport So, as an example, look at. The LG 8x atm, I see it says to check stores, but unless I login, there's nothing about online stock. Or is that the sign in and of itself?
