    @FreedomMobile as bad is your online/phone customer service,I found a excellent service at one of your store at kingsway,Vancouver,executive:Flora,the amount of effort from store she tried to solve this easy thing. 10% of that effort from your backend would have solved the issue

    @Randy40575132 @freedomsupport I’m leaving. I stuck with them since I had a deal with unlimited USA roaming but it looks like I’ll be traveling more in Canada for a while. I depend on reliable service and this ain’t it.

    @freedomsupport Another stupid ? I've never switched carriers before. How do I switch to Freedom and port my number and get a new phone on your payment program? Can I do that online?
