    @FreedomMobile got scammed for the annual plan. Been paying my dad’s phone every year and they charged me for a plan that they never provided. Instead they gave me the lower plan but charged me for the higher tier plan. Now I’m stuck with useless agent refusing to pay that back

    @FreedomMobile is a complete garbage service and I will disconnect all 3 accounts ASAP. I keep getting with the prepaid accounts and I hear is because we have some defect! My son ended up without the service in a dangerous situation because of your defect. There you have it!

    @FreedomMobile Hey @FreedomMobile! 🚀 I'm a loyal customer with a Samsung Galaxy and I’d love to see Freedom partner with Starlink Direct to Cell. Right now, I have to pay Rogers $15/month for a separate satellite add-on just to stay connected in remote areas. Any plans to bring this feature natively to Freedom? #FreedomMobile #Starlink

    @FreedomMobile hi- ever since I switched to freedom a month ago I can't receive or send group texts. Your support is telling me freedom will not work with text groups of 10 people or more. Is this true??
