    @FreedomMobile The phone is expensive crap with nothing in the way of innovation.

    @freedomsupport You just don't have service there. I signed up and moved. I still pay the bill. I just have to use wi-fi if I need to make a phone call. It doesn't work as a phone.

  • MikeYou06161695 Mike Young (@MikeYou06161695) reported

    @freedomsupport Is everyone experiencing "system errors" when trying to top up?

  • Rootbrian_ GNU/Linux-using Rootbrian's updates and thoughts (@Rootbrian_) reported

    @GeekyGoldenberg @FreedomMobile All carriers do that. Just read the fine print. If you purchase the device outright from the manufacturer (or another carrier - you don't even need to be customer, just mention you WANT to buy it regardless as I did), then no such fees exist.

  • ColonelAngus17 Colonel Angus 💜 (@ColonelAngus17) reported

    @AdamOculporate @freedomsupport It really is. They comped the device the same before they changed the rules this way. It just allows them to bill a customer who moves out of the coverage area. It's still an acquisition tool for marketing except now we are the ones paying for their recruiting.

  • 1mcneilaus austin mcneil (@1mcneilaus) reported

    @freedomsupport why would you allow a sales rep to waive the $45 connection charge (which is a ridiculous charge BTW) only to then turn around a blindside a customer and add it to their monthly bill.

  • FatherlyFigure9 Ronin Conneely (@FatherlyFigure9) reported

    @freedomsupport Never mind I don’t care anymore

  • Mike97060833 Mike (@Mike97060833) reported

    @freedomsupport Looking for a Pixel 6 pro to add my tab if possible. Living in Kitchener, ON and a freedom mobile customer since 2015.

  • EthemSala Ethem SALA (@EthemSala) reported

    I can't call my phone from another phone. It transfers to voicemail. Please help me with my solution. @FreedomMobile

  • Jas30317962 Jas (@Jas30317962) reported

    @freedomsupport is such a garbage service. People call me and it says the number doesn't exist, and most of the time WhatsApp calls work. Can Anyone set up a call with me?
