Service signal completely gets cut off when in high level apartments. I've been a customer since the beginning, and it's the same then and now.

Other carriers charge $11/ day, that works out to $55 for 5 days vs $230. Don’t give me this Affordable BS. Then we get the rudest 2 agents. That is NOT striving for great customer service…
