    @FreedomMobile just ended the call with Aya c10480. After 2h, still got scummed by your company. Never again! No more talks! Folks - do not sign with FreedomMobile especially the prepaid services.

    @FreedomMobile Do not take their Phone Protection plan. If you want to cancel they will not let you. Hello! I called your customer service a few months ago to cancel the phone protection plan. I thought they did it but they did not. Reimburse me $90.00 plus tax.

    @FreedomMobile your cell coverage is so awful since switching to your service my phone is basically useless unless I am on wifi. It’s horrible. SOS mode constantly and we’re 10 min from a city.

    Customer since 2017. @FreedomMobile says my contract showed the wrong TradeUp amount. 6 months later they added $669 and won’t waive it. Their mistake, my cost.
