@FreedomMobile No offence but your “actual network area” is absolute crap! Your data plans only cover a small amount outside of the zone. So in reality ur data plans for anyone that doesn’t stay in the small areas which is major cities end up having very little data & get charged for it #crap

@apihtawikosisan @FreedomMobile pulled the same kind of scam when I was in Europe in May. I've been meaning to find another service. I talked to customer service by phone to ensure b4 I left what I needed. Big mistake. No record of what they promised they set up for me. I paid $100s in charges

Anybody that knows me in real life knows how well I talk about @FreedomMobile, they know how many people I have gotten to switch to their services. No longer. Company doesn't show their customers any customer service at all. I will be switching as soon as I can.

Worst decision ever made after moving to @FreedomMobile, these guys just cheat on you. Worst customer service and customer service executives. They quote something else when selling and say something else after its sold.
