@freedomsupport - your marketing makes absolutely no effort to mention this fee, in spite of falsely touting "absolute zero" upfront and over 2y - if it's a mandatory fee it's part of the damn price - when in the hell did it become acceptable to *charge* someone to offer you their business? 3/4

  • ArcticEidolon Jimbob Jones (@ArcticEidolon) reported

@freedomsupport Come on, neither of us are that stupid. It's just you guys padding your line with fees to claim low rates. I wouldn't have even had to buy it in store if you could keep some stock online (after 2 months!), or tell me when! This is seriously gonna be your final answer then?

  • happy2bgay Shazam (@happy2bgay) reported

@freedomsupport Are you guys down? Partner and I can't make calls.

  • SCommandante sub_commandante (@SCommandante) reported

@FreedomMobile Yup absolutely zero service for you.....no texts no calls even though ive paid. **** company.

  • ArcticEidolon Jimbob Jones (@ArcticEidolon) reported

@freedomsupport 4 people, $40x2, 25x1, 30x1 ... gone. Interesting sort of economics you've got going there, but I won't contest it if you feel losing a 7 year (and otherwise fairly likely to be faithful) customer over $30 is worth it. I run the account, so the others are coming with if you want.

@FreedomMobile #badservice Bad sales service by Telecommunications company freedom, didn’t received my product till now or update for customer to track their product. It’s been 9th day whereas the agent told the product will be delivered to me in 5-7 days (within canada).

  • Embuscadomelde1 Saulo (@Embuscadomelde1) reported

@freedomsupport if i could pay online, do you really think i would drive 5km? your answer is as disrespectful as the shopkeeper was with me. This justifies my desire to cancel this plan. 4 years paying to be treated this way. Ridiculous

@FreedomMobile 7 weeks of no data on one phone, multiple visits to the kiosks, countless phone calls and now you have also lost the phone number to our business. Ticket FSR00310197. Please help.

  • ArcticEidolon Jimbob Jones (@ArcticEidolon) reported

@freedomsupport It was mentioned in-store. However, you had 2 months and 6 hours of customer service calls recorded telling me nothing about it. Further, I asked multiple times what the final cost would be, with suggestion I may have to do it in store - and nobody took the opportunity to tell me

  • ArcticEidolon Jimbob Jones (@ArcticEidolon) reported

@freedomsupport I wouldn't particularly mind if your online sales channels weren't so ***-backwards, I've spent hours on this now, and the *SOLE* reason I *HAD* to go to a store to get it rigged up is because nobody can tell me a damn thing about when or if or how you get stock!
