No clarity needed, I’ve already been on the phone with y’all on multiple occasions and have been told by supervisors and after waiting on a callback, a manager who literally can’t do anything for their customers nor do they care if you’ve been a customer for 5 years :)

So you increased my data cost by 100%. This relationship will not last as your completion is offering data plan for 39 dollars compared to the 85
