    Me: *pays @FreedomMobile bill* <error> Me: *Checks bank...money sent. Messages Freedom* Freedom: We got the payment, but we didn't get it. You'll get it back in 5 days. Do you want to make another payment? Me: What? Freedom: Do you have another card? Me: This smells really bad.

    @FreedomMobile How about your focus on signals instead? I live in Kitchener and I barely get 1 bar. It sucks. Most of my calls don’t even go through without failing

    Y’all I called @FreedomMobile TWICE tonight, cause my kid bought an unlocked phone. JOKES ON HER, person sold it, didn’t unlock it. Now I have a sobbing kid, who worked so hard to buy their phone. Someone help freedom mobile SUCKSSS!!!!

    @freedomsupport Yeah, why don't you guys establish contact with the companies that provide warranty service on the phones you provide? This situation really is unreasonable to endure.
