    @freedomsupport It is cancelled now The issue was a glitch that you had not received my original request and I got charged for an account that I did not want and have not used not even for a text. But it was never cancelled then and there was no understanding from @FreedomMobile on that matter

    @FreedomMobile Planned obsolescence by companies that have no incentive to make products last longer decreases the length of time we hang on to our gadgets before we toss them away for the next new thing. Our system of disposal has been to dump our e-waste onto any country willing to take it.

    @freedomsupport I’ve DMd you, but have little hope things will change. What needs to change is clearly your systems and training of employees. It’s been a huge mess that has cost me so much time and no resolution. Moving is stressful enough, then not have internet I was promised by your staff.

    @FreedomMobile honestly love your plans but I can not hold a 1 minute call in my house without seeing call failed like when is Rogers taking over.The network is horrible what’s going on

    @freedomsupport No but what you can do is send somebody from corporate down and check it out for themselves I'm not going to send you a DM because it does absolutely nothing or maybe look at the reviews what people say about that store
