    @freedomsupport Have reached out to the technical team, even I was informed that a manager will call. As at present, since Saturday, have been calling every day with the exception of today no one has shown any concern. Have visited two of your stores (Vaughan and North York) but no solution.

    @FreedomMobile You guys want to explain why it is I can't log on to my account online to top up and ADD **** onto my account like the app is supposed to let me do, but I can leave my house DURING LOCKDOWN to go to an OPEN location and put myself and your ppl in equal danger?

    @FreedomMobile It's super weird that out of all the words you chose high resolution, when the base s21 has a 1080p screen instead of 1440p lol

    @freedomsupport I am not pleased with the changes to your support & service. Part of what made you great was that you had automatic chat windows and I could get help with issues right away. It took me forever to find a cell phone provider I liked.

    @freedomsupport I have been a customer since 2018, I called on Saturday because I have never been able to send SMS since acquiring the number only to be informed that I have a temporary number. I was given a new number that can only dial out after multiple trials but can not receive calls.

    thanks @FreedomMobile for the extra 5GB on my new iPhone 12 ... I thought my Samsung A11 was broken from you but it wasn't liking being attached to my iMac it's charging now i really like the A11
