@FreedomMobile your company is the worst I've ever encountered. Tried to make changes TWICE and still they are not on the account. DO NOT DEAL WITH FREEDOM MOBILE. They are a joke!!!

@freedomsupport I changed my name with Freedom 18 months ago and yet tech support still expects my deadname. What gives? Normally they're understanding but a tech agent just refused me service over it. On top of that, my manage account page hasn't worked in over a year.

@FreedomMobile I am BEYOND horrified by my experience today. I went to simply return a phone I was completely entitled to under Buyer’s Remorse, but the store manager was INCREDIBLY rude, and on top of that lied to us and customer service. He said my phone was not in sellable-

@bartekploc @FreedomMobile Good luck contacting these clowns, been on hold for 45 mins so far listening to nothing but the same repeat music BS because of Freedoms mistake. My mistake was going with this service, do yourself a fav and find a better service.

I pay 100+ dollars a month for this service and ever since I got my new phone I can’t receive calls @FreedomMobile

@FreedomMobile big time joke of a company, was there for 10 years, they give my phone to 2 diff ppl in a 5 months, causing many issues besides the privacy issue after promising it would never happen again telling me it's not there fault the 2nd, CS is a joke.
