@FreedomMobile I called your customer support 8:05 am EST. The customer representative put me on hold for 15 minutes asking while she was checking my account then she had the call terminated… been a customer for a long time and very rarely do I call. Something is not right.

@FreedomMobile Trying to cancel my phone (BECAUSE I MOVED TO THE US) and your customer care rep just had the nerve to try and convince me to switch to a yearly plan or find someone else to take over my phone number. Better believe I'm gonna spread the word #unprofessional

@FreedomMobile a few days late & you’re already ringing down all the phones on my account threatening to send the file over. Imagine not giving a **** about your customers & sending to collections after only 10 DAYS of having cancelled the service?! RIDICULOUS.

@FreedomMobile you just lost a customer because you have prevented the use of the online checkout function. I’m not going into a store because I will not be able to use my digital discount and there’s currently a pandemic with numbers rising!

@freedomsupport I actived a second line today. Was told at the store to call billing who would take care of the activation fee (for being a long term customer). Billing refuses to do anything. Was also planning on bringing over a third line but now we will cancel everything if not resolved.

@ClassicNews7 @FreedomMobile The data is unlimited, but then throttled after 20GB. So basically you can use all the data you want while avoiding overage charges but after a certain point it gets slowed down. So after it slows down, you can still use it but it is indeed slower.

Have I been on WIND/Freedom my entire phone-having life? Yes. Do I want them to do better because sometimes when I reach my 5gb of data and can't access basic sites, it sucks - or when I'm, say, between major towns and there's no service - yes. Obviously. Please @Freedommobile
