@FreedomMobile is the worst Canadian phone company. I came back to Canada with charges of $1250 for additional services I didn't ask for. I when I called to discuss the issues, all their employees have little to no answers, and their best offer was a $500 credit...

Okay, @FreedomMobile , real talk: Your online system won't accept my cards anymore. Bank and other online retailers confirm cards are valid. Your CS team just told me straight up that no one on your side is in charge of payment issues and I will get no help. Preparing to port.

but remember, i am stuck in isolation, meaning i have to spend what money i have left on food, as i can't access the food program now. furthermore, since my abuser was the one who set up my phone number (**** you, @.FreedomMobile), i'm not allowed to change my plan settings.

@freedomsupport The agent tried for me this morning but they got same error - credit card payments aren’t available at the time? And think it’s a glitch in the system, as I used top up last week to pay my tab off and it workd. I Do you know if there is an issue with the payment on ITs side?

@freedomsupport Hey, I replied to say I've already done all of this and your team is telling me that no one is responsible for this type of payment issue. Please escalate or let me know next steps. Otherwise I'll just port.

@FreedomMobile I have recently left your network and switched to fido. After they offered me a deal to bring back their past customers. What are you guys doing for your existing clients?

@freedomsupport One customer had bought a 40” tv that was 46” wide and I sold her a 55” tv that was 47.5” wide. When she protested I pointed out that there was an actual 1.5” width difference meaning.75” per side. I had brought out a measuring tape and had her eyeball.75”

@KeelahMcIntosh @FreedomMobile I was with them when the network was smaller and before they had fast data, it was decent. Just be prepared for some call drops here and there. I only left because I was getting discounts for Rogers.

@FreedomMobile extremely disappointed to note that my issue in Case ID#C71797258 is repeating every month since last 5 months. Feel sorry to point out that your customer team is not proactive in ensuring it is resolved for the rest of the promotion period. #poorcustomerservice
