Support sucks. I’ve spent 3 days and 9 hours on hold or with people who’s first language isn’t English. Trying to resolve a problem with the TV service. On day 4 now and on hold. #FreedomMobile @FreedomMobile

Hey @FreedomMobile... just filed a formal complaint to the CCTS on you. 16 years as a loyal customer and you wrongly shut my phone off due to an "unpaid balance" that wasn't posted until yesterday, and shows DUE MARCH 19. Your customer service reps were no help.

They even sent me a text on feb 26th last year saying my bill wont be deducted from my account till march 11th cuz that was when it was due. THE VERY NEXT DAY they tried taking the money. As a long-time Canadian customer, I'm concerned about Bill C-22 and how it might impact my data privacy. 🇨🇦 I’m eager to hear what steps @FreedomMobile plans to take to protect its customers, especially as other companies are speaking out. 🙏🔒

5/ 10+years of being a loyal customer, it is truly disappointing having to fight for price transparency when @FreedomMobile advertises their Price Freeze Promise extensively. New customers beware, I highly urge you to clarify every discount advertised.

Ugh! Tried to set up an account with @FreedomMobile, but their system is horribly broken! I've wasted too much time on this. Does anyone know where I can get a cheap plan for my upcoming backup phone? The original data requirement was 40 GB for the year at $15/month after taxes.

@GTM618 @FreedomMobile That’s the tricky part of visiting Niagara Falls - easy for phones to switch to the US carriers. I was there 2 weeks ago and all our Bell phones did the same thing. With Freedom I always found messaging from iPhone to be pretty responsive for support.
