@freedomsupport @FreedomMobile Now when I try to call customer Care, they keep disconnecting my call after sometime automatically. I visited the Freedom store Fairway Mall Kitchener , They said we cannot do anything , it's a billing issue only handled by customer care service.

@freedomsupport relay to your superiors that we are approaching 2023 & customers are waiting for a full 5G roll out plan or announcement, in addition we need more service towers in the GTA. Weak signal strength is plaguing Etobicoke. Thanks.

Do not buy any service with @FreedomMobile as I had bad experience with it and worst customer service. They lies to sell their services and now not giving my refund.

@freedomsupport Looks like we're going on to day 4 then of not being able to login/process payments/ have service? Awesome. You think you'd just activate service for people who's payments happened to fall during your outage until it's fixed so we can do our jobs & live our lives

Omg, @FreedomMobile, you can't even send me a text so that I can log into my account. Little wonder I'm leaving. That and the crappy coverage. And the dropped call to the ambulance service.
