  @FreedomMobile is a complete garbage service and I will disconnect all 3 accounts ASAP. I keep getting with the prepaid accounts and I hear is because we have some defect! My son ended up without the service in a dangerous situation because of your defect. There you have it!

  Well, the stream didnt start due to some technical issues on my end. And by that, I mean I ran out my data plan. Bless you @FreedomMobile and your amazing customer service. Another 150GB of a data/month for a $1 increase to my bill? Yes please. Your staff are awesome!

  @PKP_Qc @FreedomMobile customer since 2018 and have asked about a no cost phone upgrade as a loyal customer. At this time, all options presented to me as a client include auto-pay & this is a reason to leave Freedom. Can policy be reviewed in this?

  @themainnetwork @FreedomMobile Been on hold for over an hour. 1.5 hrs on the chat. It's horrible. My number got ported, being charged as they did, unable to log into the account. Just a nightmare provider

  @Rogers @FreedomMobile @Bell your service really suck! Nothing works inside the houses. Are we supposed to just rely on wifi in house? Your services just work outside with best speed. Look into this matter

  @FreedomMobile FreedomMobile you suck! Home internet with you has been a horrible experience. * Daily outages. * On the third modem in under year. Internet has been out for 2 weeks . * Customer service is pathetic and no resolution to issue. * 1 hour with customer service and I was bounced around between 5 people. Because of your worthless internet I used up my mobile data, trying to get that corrected and I was told “ buy more data” Why would I pay more when I’m already not getting what I paid for ? CRTC has my two complaints.

  @FreedomMobile please investigate your outsourced employees as one or more of them are sending scam text with links. These text only started coming after reaching out to your support team after a double payment off my credit card a few months ago

  @FreedomMobile is the ABSOLUTE worst service provider ever! 14 years as a customer and I’m being treated so horribly, cancel your services with them abhorrent customer service
