@freedomsupport I haven’t had service with you in 4 years, the consistent down time cost me more money than it was worth business wise..

@ThorneDoesStuff @FreedomMobile That’s pretty expensive… just switched away from Freedom and pay $85 for 50GB at 5G speeds on Telus. Bigger network, but less expensive, but still expensive, cause ya know, “Canada”.

@freedomsupport out of curiosity, is there a number port change from a land line to an already existing Freedom cell phone service?

@FreedomMobile Don’t be fooled. This plan is cheap because the Freedom network is awful. Poor coverage/dropped calls are the norm. They occupy a bad end of the frequency bandwidth which Telus and Rogers and Bell would never want to bid on.

@FreedomMobile This is my second attempt to return to freedom as a customer who was with you before freedom in the wind mobile days I can tell you exactly why I left in the first place but then to send me emails saying let's win back your service and then you tell me I can't????

@FreedomMobile Sad to know that you would like to let a loyal customer go rather than match a phone plan your competitors are providing! #disappointing
