@freedomsupport I upgrade my phone on November 27th and today is Dec 27th and still waiting for my phone to arrived. Freedom passing the buck saying they did their job and ship the phone so It is my problem now to deal with Fedex. I didn't order the phone from Fedex .

@freedomsupport Ok so let me tell you before you ask. I have an iphone 11, with the latest FW. Yes I resetted the network settings a couple of times. This is an ongoing problem for two months not happening only now. I have 17Gb left for this month.

@freedomsupport Email password and security changed. Took my awhile to reach them to suspend the number. Damage was already done. Email lost completely after 20 years of using the same email, never got hacked until some Freedom mobile employee compromised my personal info.

@freedomsupport I know, we talked 3-4 times already and in our last call you said if it is more than 1mbit, we can’t do anything, that’s an acceptable speed. What you don’t understand is, having 1-2mbit speed outdoors mean you will have connectivity problems indoors like malls.

@freedomsupport No help at all from the support staff. The store is located: 252 Mayfield Common Northwest Unit A011, Edmonton, AB T5P 4B3. I visited that store on Dec.26. 2020 at exactly 4:38pm as that was the time the staff were entering my info in the system and I got a text with
