    @freedomsupport sent you a DM regarding an issue I've had since February 26th where I cannot send or receive mms messages (picture or group text). I applied the fix suggested by the support person without success, and messaged back to say that. Now, no response from you.

    @FreedomMobile spoke with multiple different people at cust service about a rep that failed to cancel a phone plan, continued to charge me without any notice. Anyone care about this?

    @freedomsupport Just a heads up, I don't know how your support folks see it on their end, but you may want to send a communique regarding whatsapp - if they need to send text containing stuff like _ or *, they should use ``` <content> ``` or it will bold or just alter format.
