    @FreedomMobile I made no changes, and my bill just went up 25%. Tried calling, texting, online chat, and Whatsapp. Nobody answers at any of these options. How do I get help with my account?

    @FreedomMobile My grandparents are stuck in Dubai International Airport and there was a drone strike and their relying on Freedom to communicate since Wi-Fi is down but Freedom Support refused to provide them with roaming service waived or any help! Can you guys help please?

    @FreedomMobile hi- ever since I switched to freedom a month ago I can't receive or send group texts. Your support is telling me freedom will not work with text groups of 10 people or more. Is this true??

    @FreedomMobile Do not take their Phone Protection plan. If you want to cancel they will not let you. Hello! I called your customer service a few months ago to cancel the phone protection plan. I thought they did it but they did not. Reimburse me $90.00 plus tax.

    Hello @FreedomMobile I bought an IPhone XS Max from you as a customer and have since paid off the phone however the phone is till locked to freedom mobile after all these years. I have visited your service center and called tech support countless times.
