    @FreedomMobile My grandparents are stuck in Dubai International Airport and there was a drone strike and their relying on Freedom to communicate since Wi-Fi is down but Freedom Support refused to provide them with roaming service waived or any help! Can you guys help please?

    @FreedomMobile I am a customer trying to add a prepaid plan for another phone and about to give business to another carrier. Frustrated to no end using your website on desktop computer. I click the plan and there is no next step showing up.

    Hello @FreedomMobile I bought an IPhone XS Max from you as a customer and have since paid off the phone however the phone is till locked to freedom mobile after all these years. I have visited your service center and called tech support countless times.
