  @freedomsupport I looked at the plans and spoke to agents plus chat on whatapp. Lack of knowledge, very frustrating, crappy service. I guess that how you retain your clients. Why don't you have a manager call me

  @FreedomMobile took my money and they want me to be happy with getting half of it back. I cannot afford the charges for calls that were supposed to covered under my plan. But they hang on to every dime they can while everyone is struggling.@fordnation

  @freedomsupport Your agents are saying to order on Amazon because your system is down. This is ridiculous. After 6 weeks of waiting this is not what I expect...
