@FreedomMobile is the actual the worst mobile provider of all time. I been try leave them and transfer my phone to another provider. They not even let me do that it’s been 24 hour I just want my # back. #givemyshitback

Hi @FreedomMobile our mutual customer is Porting to us. The customer left Canada. They got your SMS Port Out request, but sent from 45537, a Canada Short Code - the reply will never reach you. The Toll Free # alternate is Canada-only. We suggest using a local # for both instead.

@FreedomMobile I've been tryin to get my picmessaging fixed . My husband since September 2020. They are so quick to disconnect your phone if you are one day past due, but will frustrate you by not fixing the problem when you have a technical issue.

  • TossableDigits Tossable Digits (@TossableDigits) reported

@freedomsupport Maybe a training error? The Customer clearly received the SMS while in another country. They replied YES but FM did not get it. They called but the 2nd Port Out request was rejected. They chatted but still, no luck. I hope you can resolve it. DM us for the phone number.

@freedomsupport I am a prepaid customer. If I set my phone to call-forward to my business phone, does that incur any charges? Thanks!
