@freedomsupport - your marketing makes absolutely no effort to mention this fee, in spite of falsely touting "absolute zero" upfront and over 2y - if it's a mandatory fee it's part of the damn price - when in the hell did it become acceptable to *charge* someone to offer you their business? 3/4

  • ArcticEidolon Jimbob Jones (@ArcticEidolon) reported

@freedomsupport Are you *actually* shitting me? Why the hell am I penalized for committing myself another 2Y with you guys? What ******** are you connecting you need this kind of thing for? I never had to do this **** when I worked retail! This isn't going to stand. Is $30 worth 4 lines?

@freedomsupport can you help me confirm if I'm eligible for upgrade to an iphone 12 pro? and how much it would be monthly for me?

@freedomsupport hi. I got my number in 2017, the representative told me I don’t need to visit a branch to cancel the number and I left Canada mid 2020 and never used the number, now I received an email with unpaid balance !! How to solve this issue, I want to cancel the number

  • ArcticEidolon Jimbob Jones (@ArcticEidolon) reported

@freedomsupport I wouldn't particularly mind if your online sales channels weren't so ***-backwards, I've spent hours on this now, and the *SOLE* reason I *HAD* to go to a store to get it rigged up is because nobody can tell me a damn thing about when or if or how you get stock!

  • ArcticEidolon Jimbob Jones (@ArcticEidolon) reported

@freedomsupport when you'd get more - I've already been strung along by another location - the one I had to go to is quite out of the way, which basically means I got ambushed with this fee - y'all didn't do jack **** of value. not so much as installing my sim! 2/?

  • ArcticEidolon Jimbob Jones (@ArcticEidolon) reported

@freedomsupport I did fortunately track one down. However, I have another question - I was told, even as a 7y+ customer at this point, that when I went to get it, there was a $30 connection fee. Care to explain what I'm paying you to connect? You handed me a device. I even have to put in the sim
