  @FreedomMobile just ended the call with Aya c10480. After 2h, still got scummed by your company. Never again! No more talks! Folks - do not sign with FreedomMobile especially the prepaid services.

  @FreedomMobile Switched to freedom 4 months ago and now I get dropped calls repeatedly it's been so annoying never had this issue with any other carrier and when you try to phone customer support it takes up to an hour to get thru been to the outlet a few times. ready to give up on this plan

  @PKP_Qc @FreedomMobile customer since 2018 and have asked about a no cost phone upgrade as a loyal customer. At this time, all options presented to me as a client include auto-pay & this is a reason to leave Freedom. Can policy be reviewed in this?

  Ugh! Tried to set up an account with @FreedomMobile, but their system is horribly broken! I've wasted too much time on this. Does anyone know where I can get a cheap plan for my upcoming backup phone? The original data requirement was 40 GB for the year at $15/month after taxes.

  Hello @FreedomMobile I bought an IPhone XS Max from you as a customer and have since paid off the phone however the phone is till locked to freedom mobile after all these years. I have visited your service center and called tech support countless times.
