What’s going on with my service @FreedomMobile? Since this summer it’s horrible! Dropped calls all the time, terrible reception where there used to be great reception (same locations). Always switching to 3G. Always going into SOS mode. It’s becoming unbearable. New phone and SIM

@freedomsupport Ever since summer 2022 my service is very bad in Mississauga, ON. Prior to summer 2022 I’ve never had any issues. Calls are constantly dropping, LTE always switches to 3G. Phone keeps going to SOS mode because it lost reception fully. I have a new sim and a iPhone 14 pro.

@FreedomMobile I can’t understand how a company relays information to new customers via online chat, to then have a local retailer give different information? As a new customer, why am I the one running around to buy your product?? Am I missing something?? #poorservice

@FreedomMobile fFreedom doesn’t allow you to take advantages of new offers unless you terminate your present contract , lose funds and start all over. Not great business model and poor customer care team in the Philippines.

@FreedomMobile are literal fraudsters - no one in person can help you and they refuse to help over the phone and they lie about what the app can do. Never ******* use them.

@freedomsupport @OfficeGuru247 The only issue with freedom is safety. I work in an industrial zone. If a huge machine falls on me and I have to send my last text before I die, freedom cannot be trusted to deliver. Very unsafe.

@freedomsupport hey! I have taken a new number today around 5pm, however it’s not working, says my account on hold due to low balance. I paid for full 1yr upfront, this is not a good start…..

@freedomsupport not urgent, but my data says roaming. I'm at home on wifi, but I live in a city with solid coverage. I scanned manually for networks and I see 3 'away' options. Are the internet towers down in peterborough?
