    Well, the stream didnt start due to some technical issues on my end. And by that, I mean I ran out my data plan. Bless you @FreedomMobile and your amazing customer service. Another 150GB of a data/month for a $1 increase to my bill? Yes please. Your staff are awesome!

    @FreedomMobile I am a customer trying to add a prepaid plan for another phone and about to give business to another carrier. Frustrated to no end using your website on desktop computer. I click the plan and there is no next step showing up.

    @FreedomMobile been on hold all day to fix our home internet - over 3 hours now. But when called and said add more services you picked up jn 1.47 minutes!

    Hey @FreedomMobile... just filed a formal complaint to the CCTS on you. 16 years as a loyal customer and you wrongly shut my phone off due to an "unpaid balance" that wasn't posted until yesterday, and shows DUE MARCH 19. Your customer service reps were no help.

    @MAKHKHKHKHZOUMI @FreedomMobile Because their prices and value save thousands of dollars. I’m part of this outage but this is the first hiccup I’ve had with them in 6 or 7 years I’ve been with them. Compared to Rogers and Telus, freedom is far superior!

    @CRTCeng Finally. It has been long due. Telcos have been charging it to exploit customers further, although the plans pricing is still high compared to rest of the world but thanks for @FreedomMobile, at least now overall service providers charge less than what they used to few years ago
