@freedomsupport I think that’s evident is that @freedomsupport and @FreedomMobile have extreme difficulty in handling the most BASIC of customer service needs. That’s what all potential customers need to know. Freedom Mobile —>> Excuses, not solutions. #CautionaryTale

@AnthonyLacavera @FreedomMobile I left Rogers after an employee got jiggy with my plan by adding device protection and funnelled 18 phones through the portal without my knowledge. I have been happy with @FreedomMobile so hopefully that will never happen again.

@AnthonyLacavera @FreedomMobile Prices have gone up in the last few years. Phones are more expensive also. Not sure why data is so much. Can you fix this with plans with flexible data.

@freedomsupport I already spoke with a customer service rep last night, after trying multiple credit cards & every mobile & desktop browser available and was told "You'll have to get a top-up code from the store, bye!" & I've been trying again today, since the store isn't an option.

@freedomsupport I’d love you to give me a solution not an excuse via DM. Unlocking a cell phone should not be this hard. That you make it this difficult makes me wonder what kind of game you’re running. Please give me a solution via DM. @freedomsupport @FreedomMobile

It's ridiculous that I've been trying to top-up my cellphone account so I can, oh...I don't know...USE MY CELLPHONE for 2 days & your system STILL can't process credit cards. Being told "Oh, just go to the store & buy a top-up code. Bye!" is NOT a solution. @freedomsupport

@freedomsupport First I was told it would take 24 to 48 hours, then 72 hours, then five days to unlock a #cellphone. Now you’re telling me to try another cell phone provider’s SIM card. All to do the simplest customer service. Can’t wait to hear your 3rd solution. @FreedomMobile @freedomsupport
