    @freedomsupport I All I do is explain to different Freedom employees but no resolution. It is exhausting explaining it over and over again. I would like a phone call from someone who can actually resolve things.

    @freedomsupport hey there. Are there any issue with the service? People calling me are saying that they get "this number is not in service" messages some times when they call me today.

    @annecayer Hey @FreedomMobile if your staff is allowing people to start fraudulent accounts... I think your support services should be able to close those without torturing the victim.
