If your systems are always down and under maintenance, why don't stop selling new connections? I have requested a new sim card, and poor me decided to buy from you. 3 weeks and the order is not gone!

In Nov 2020, Freedom issed a final balance statement and said that I will receive a refund check within 6-8 wks.I am still waiting even after 10 wks! Contacted customer service atleast 5 times but no response.Worst customer service!
