    @DJRaz_Music @RRArtistMGMT @FreedomMobile What exactly is this company equivalent to? Like the crap fido and Virgin?? Small time hustlers or a proper Telco?Either case this sounds preposterous that they have no idea what sales they offered. I'm more partial to proper telcos.

    @FreedomMobile All to say we can’t get the phone because “the account is new” and new accounts only get phones from stores physically! And now the promotion is over and ALL THAT TIME WAS FOR NOTHING. Thank you for really messing us up BIGTIME and your top notch customer service!

    @FreedomMobile what kind of service you provide? Tried to purchase a prepaid sim for weeks, every time the agent says the same thing - "system is down."
