    Sleazy @FreedomMobile business practices: -It now costs $20 to do in store what you can do for free without face to face human interaction thru the app -unlike my ISP @TekSavvyNetwork they improved their plans and just left me, a loyal customer, paying more for less

    @freedomsupport I just called to pay via phone… still not working. And it’s not my card because after the phone thing wasn’t working I went to pay my Rogers bill (wifi) and was no issue

    @FreedomMobile any issues for Ottawa, ON for outgoing SMS ? Had to send several times to work once type thing. Pls let me know
