They’ve disconnected my phone again Disconnect then apologize and assure me that it won’t happen again Everyone knows the ending of the story. Need a new provider ideas ?

@freedomsupport been trying to reach live body for phone support since yesterday but keep getting message to call back within business hours when I’m calling DURING business hours … or were you closed yesterday at 3PM EST, 4PM EST & 6PM EST

@freedomsupport Where is my zfold3 "preorder", its been nearly a month since launch, I know of others from this retail location that have their devices, but your rep has no answers and zero support. Please help me, they just push me to refund my order, not helpful at all.😒
