@FreedomMobile I did not get a response about you plan to fix this issue and how you will compensate by providing two different phones at the same cost per month

  • Santosspicystuf Postman Yan (@Santosspicystuf) reported

@FreedomMobile Thank god for my price not rising. That will help stomach your "customer service" and tech support. Been with you 72 hours and I'm horrified. I'm not sticking around past my 14 day grace period. Thanks for nothing

@FreedomMobile Be warned... FM's coverage is horrible. Of course they only tell you that after you've signed up.

@FreedomMobile I’m paying $25/month for 125gb for a 2 year contract. I have 1 week to cancel left if I can save money with Freedom. Includes enhanced visual voicemail, international texting and Canada wide service. Anything close to this?

  • KarTof_6975 Student (@KarTof_6975) reported

Dear @uoft #international_students from a personal experience, I recommend buying your mobile plans from @FreedomMobile instead of @Bell , their customer service is way better, plans are great, autopay is on credit not debit, which is safer!

@FreedomMobile I’ve had friends and family switch over to Freedom Mobile, they regretted it from day one, limited cell towers, terrible service No thanks

There needs to be a self service way to pay off your device tab online because the customer service agents on the phone are annoying as hell. @FreedomMobile
