    @FreedomMobile just ended the call with Aya c10480. After 2h, still got scummed by your company. Never again! No more talks! Folks - do not sign with FreedomMobile especially the prepaid services.

    @FreedomMobile In Niagara Falls Canada last 2 days. Get a message yesterday that I roamed into the US and would be charged at such. Never left Canada. And now today can't get a call out. Not even to you for support. What happened to your twitter suport chat.

    @FreedomMobile Yes stuck on repeat with no one taking ownership. I've been bounced btwn two depts for 2 hrs!! 9 people I spoke to!! u have effed up my profile in the DB either a sync issue or corrupted and I'm stuck in middle. I'm going to CRTC if I don't get help ASAP
