    @FreedomMobile I am not happy with freedomMobile, it seems have been duped and treated like garbage. I have sent mail and put several calls since Saturday but no solution to my issue. Customer service promised to call back but no feedback.

    I switched to @FreedomMobile in December (from Bell Mobility) and the rate of spam calls is higher and @freedomsupport says it’s not their responsibility. Well, they’re right. It’s my fault for giving Shaw a chance to be my service provider. @simplycomputing can I break contract?

  • allanthegolfer Allan Hrynkiw (@allanthegolfer) reported from Clarington, Ontario

    @freedomsupport I spoke to someone already and was informed it was an advantage to some customers and offered $10 discount to risk a fine by violating emergency orders and come in person. I will be switching companies.

  • ELXRGaming ELXR Gaming (@ELXRGaming) reported

    @FreedomMobile No service in Windsor ON. #FreedomMobile #Freedom #Outage

  • mackrauss Armin 🍁 (@mackrauss) reported

    @freedomsupport Why could stores not do that? I rather speak to somebody in person than deal with your customer service, which isn't a good experience.

  • Tessalee3 Tessa Mcfadzean (@Tessalee3) reported

    @freedomsupport In the midst of a stay at home order I would think policy would be reconsidered. In my opinion it is poor social responsibility and disregard for citizens. Promoting in-person shopping is against everything we are being told. $10 discounts would come at a very high cost, no?
