    @FreedomMobile big time joke of a company, was there for 10 years, they give my phone to 2 diff ppl in a 5 months, causing many issues besides the privacy issue after promising it would never happen again telling me it's not there fault the 2nd, CS is a joke.

    I’m so hot! I’ve spent over 800$ for a service that I can’t call NO ON or NO ON CAN CALL ME ! And this fool only offers me a 60$ reimbursement!!!!!!! @FreedomMobile

    @FreedomMobile I am BEYOND horrified by my experience today. I went to simply return a phone I was completely entitled to under Buyer’s Remorse, but the store manager was INCREDIBLY rude, and on top of that lied to us and customer service. He said my phone was not in sellable-
