    @freedomsupport I am just wondering why I can't respond in a group chat with Google messages? It's a chat with Android and IOS users, thus is SMS. I am not able send a reply, it's says "service not activated on network".

    @Randy40575132 @freedomsupport I’m leaving. I stuck with them since I had a deal with unlimited USA roaming but it looks like I’ll be traveling more in Canada for a while. I depend on reliable service and this ain’t it.

    @freedomsupport Hi freedom my bill is of 50$ and freedom is deducting me 63$ plus they deducted it twice and customer support is saying its an glitch or error and not resolving my problem and my bill payments are always due on 28th and it got deducted yesterday 63$

    @freedomsupport Your app and website have had major issues for years and the issue hasn't been fixed. You need to develop a new software because the one you have is super slow. If you look on the Play Store reviews, they're mostly negative.

    @FreedomMobile has the worst customer service ever. Everytime I talk to them, all they answer is " I'm sorry there's nothing else I could do". When it should be "Sorry, there's nothing at all that we will do". Never get freedom mobile. They are the worst.

    @freedomsupport I have been with you for at least 6 years & in that time I have not once seen a micro tower installed in my neighborhood. You rely on your now parent company in my area which makes you substandard. Further more I didn't like the dismissive attitude at my local freedom service...

    I have to step out for a short while to pay my phone bill for @FreedomMobile It's due tomorrow. I sincerely hope my service won't be suffering anymore. 🤞
