  @freedomsupport @FreedomMobile Now when I try to call customer Care, they keep disconnecting my call after sometime automatically. I visited the Freedom store Fairway Mall Kitchener , They said we cannot do anything , it's a billing issue only handled by customer care service.

  @FreedomMobile I've now been disconnected FOUR TIMES on The Freedom website trying to order a sim card and sign up for services. I'll literally be in the middle of typing a message and they disconnect. Piss poor customer service, AWFUL first impression. I'll have to go elsewhere
