    I signed up weeks ago for Freedom Home Internet. My activation date was yesterday BUT I'VE NOT RECEIVED MY MODEM OR ROUTER. My other ISP has been cancelled and I have no internet for my home. That's a huge problem. I NEED THE HARDWARE TODAY!!!!!! 🤬 @FreedomMobile

    @FreedomMobile I have to say I went to upgrade my phone at your South Surrey BC location on the weekend and it smelled so terrible in there I couldn’t even stay in the store and had to leave. I don’t know if it was a customer or an employee, but the smell was absolutely atrocious.
