    @FreedomMobile what's with bait & switch customer service? The call center says one thing, & the store says another both trying to do everything not to honor what your agents promised. Even says on file but changed it on the fly so as not to give it. Smh @CCTS_CPRST @CRTCeng

    @FreedomMobile is so slow I have full bars and they are blocking speed. I have 500Kbps not KB. I called 611 and she pretended not to hear me is the rudest people to me. I know it works why are you such ******** I paid my bill you jerk. I am so hurt by your service. It is slow..

    @FreedomMobile Just a heads up everyone freedom likes to charge you for certain things that you never used they tried to pull it on me my phone bill was $60 and I paid $55 every month they will say that you use some number saying 0023 they tried to charge me an additional five bucks

    @FreedomMobile Why didn't the BC Emergency alert system test come on the network. No one in my house on Freedom got the notice. My work phone on Rogers received the notice.

    @freedomsupport Considering emergency alerts are suppose to go through WITHOUT any set up required, my phone has all alerts allowed. Turns out YOUR system can't handle Samsung S22+......perhaps you need to upgrade your technology.
