So unprofessional behavior @FreedomMobile @freedomsupport. My complaint for WIFI-calling is unresolved from past 2 weeks and no hope for resolution from your customer support. Have been chasing from so long but no one ever calls back with resolution. Always misguiding clients.

@freedomsupport Your staff/dealers should inform the customer of the charge and the fact that it is not charged when you order on the website. Customer service can then apologize for the miscommunication rather than reading me the policy like a soliloquy.

@freedomsupport If I step 2' outside the city limits, I have to pay for roaming. I was happy to support a small company when it was wind and know I'd be paying that bit extra. I didn't mind/2

@freedomsupport Frankly, if I'm going to get the same of service from Freedom now I'll be getting from Rogers later, I might as well hold my nose, go to the big 3 now, and at least not have to pay for roaming if I leave the city.

@FreedomMobile truly horrible customer service and after being with a company for years you think you would get something out of it. Disappointing.

@freedomsupport You lot can write me a cheque for all I care. You don't get to hold my money paid in good faith for services you apparently cannot provide. The simple thing would have been to just give me a working QR code or put my LG G4 back on the network. Instead we're here.
