    @rickk_james @freedomsupport Feeling the same way, being told tickets are resolved, when they're not, being told I might have to wait, meanwhile watching the phone sell out elsewhere. I was actually told my order was processed by an agent, only to find out it never was.

    @freedomsupport Best Buy is selling for $1179 as well, it's not a wholesale price. As a longtime customer who just finished a 2 year term, and may be in the market for a new device, I don't appreciate the misrepresentation.

    @freedomsupport hi there. Just switched to Freedom on the weekend and so far seems to be smooth transition. One issue just started today. MMS messages are no longer sending successfully.

    @FreedomMobile It should actually be fraud that when I'm connected to wifi or a hotspot that you somehow can still charge me $48 in roaming fees when I had no knowledge that my phone was using roaming at all. **** this.
