    @FreedomMobile what is going on with your network? One week Bell customers can't get calls through and today my Dad's phone didn't work all afternoon. Not good!!

    @FreedomMobile Wow , my wife cannot even receive phone calls and all Freedom will do is a $10 month discount . Works perfect in Edmonton , but #Camrose it sucks . More Customers , lack of infrastructure = terrible service #FreedomMobile

    @FreedomMobile I closed my acct. 8 months ago, paid the balance & have email confirmation. Why are you sending me a bill? I've tried to speak to customer service & no one will respond.

    @FreedomMobile I contacted you guys 4 hours ago about a very simple issue, my internet was working great but I couldn't reach one site, now my internet isn't working at all! I've been on WhatsApp for 4 hours with 2 of your techs and nothing! I'm disabled & work from home

    @FreedomMobile if not fixed by 9pm I'm cancelling the service, this has cost me a days pay already, probably tomorrow and Friday too

    You guys have the worst service @FreedomMobile, I tried to switch from Rogers to your carrier, no. was not even ported to Freedom, I went to the store, they also cancelled the service after 6 days and you guys already deducted my $88.48 from my auto payment. Are you refunding?
