    @FreedomMobile Also why can you not just add my remaining mytab balance onto my bill? why do i have to pay a bill thats not due to pay my remaining balance? This frustrating service and policy just cost you a customer

    @FreedomMobile Before being tricked into getting this..note that they do not have 5G capabilities. Hard enough to connect to LTE. Also, just ask them how fast their data speeds are (up and down). They will NEVER give you an answer. If you ask bell, they immediately say 100mbps up and down.

    Hey @FreedomMobile how’s about when u send someone a new SIM you include a tiny tidbit of info about NEEDING TO GO INTO A STORE TO ACTIVATE IT. Like WTF it’s 2020 #insane #bullshit

    @freedomsupport Wtf is wrong with your service ? My phone is virtually useless after all my data is used, literally useless I can’t do a single thing on my phone because nothing loads. Don’t try to tell me to upgrade my data plan either

    @FreedomMobile Rather unfortunate. I tried to upgrade my phone. Seriously one of the worst experience. I can't understand how a company cannot accept payment from a customer who is willing to pay. I am a customer for the past 5 year's at least and on auto pay. The sales team failed badly

    @freedomsupport Hey! No clarity needed, I’ve already been on the phone with y’all on multiple occasions and have been told by supervisors and after waiting on a callback, a manager who literally can’t do anything for their customers nor do they care if you’ve been a customer for 5 years :)

    @freedomsupport To be honest I respect the honesty of the worker. I believe you that stores aren’t permitted. I just want the issue to be addressed. I called every store in the GTA. Some stores obeyed the pre list and some didn’t.
