    ok i have my phone back after a month of not having it. so just so we are all aware @FreedomMobile sucks. my phone was gone for repairs from NOVEMBER 9th to DECEMBER 4th. My bill is $117/mo and I asked them if they could credit me for the month since i didn’t have my phone

    @freedomsupport Just think people need to be informed of how bad the service is and to double check what agents tell them as they will knowingly lie to you

    not to mention most of their staff are so rude. I imagine it’s from having the public treat you like **** all the time but honestly the insurance company they’re with were so much more understanding and empathetic than any of the @FreedomMobile staff I spoke to. I think out of

    @freedomsupport I’ve been online shopping for a decade plus, done a ton of returns, and never have had to go back to the local shipping company to get a return label.

    @FreedomMobile I gotta say, your upgrades policy in regard to grandfathered plans is really lacklustre. It means nothing more than a penalty against customers who by definition have been around for quite some time. Is their business not worth retaining? There's a fix...
