@freedomsupport I'm in Seattle and have purchased a Big Gig USA one time add on. However, I can't seem to connect. By default my phone connected to a 3G T-Mobile network, but can't get calls or messages through. AT&T and T-Mobile LTE networks don't register when I try. Help?

@freedomsupport yes....I want a credit for one day's lost service

@freedomsupport I had my internet restored briefly on Saturday from the Rogers outage but it's been down again in Markham since Sunday morning. I've used almost 4GB of my monthly plan already. Can I get a credit applied to my account?

@sarahkbingler @JulieMDPanneton @FreedomMobile Good news! Rogers has to sell off Freedom Mobile. Bad news: Quebecor has been *approved* to buy it but it seems they use Rogers networks for 4G. There’s no real choice in Canada.

  • MinorityMind1 Minority Mind (@MinorityMind1) reported

Rogers really out here with the audacity to claim to be reliable while screwing over a whole country. As reliable as their broke *** customer service! @Rogers you suck! #FreedomMobile for the win!

@RandRsmom @freedomsupport Also curious? I have 5 phones on my account. And have been a customer for almost 9 yrs.

  • j2simpso James Simpson 4x💉 (@j2simpso) reported

An open question for Canadian telcos over the Rogers network outage earlier this week. Why did you deny Canadians the ability to dial 911? Shame on you @Bell_Support @TELUS @FreedomMobile for failing to provide such a critical service to Rogers customers in need!

  • RandRsmom mandy (@RandRsmom) reported

@freedomsupport Will freedom be giving credits for the outage yesterday?

  • VermeGeo George Vermeulen (@VermeGeo) reported

@spencergta416 @FreedomMobile Don't reconsider too hard. They were down for most of the day yesterday too. They didn't come back until a few hours after Rogers did, and even today they're still incredibly spotty.
