    @freedomsupport with over 5 hrs of back and forth, still my phone issue isn't resolved. Agents said 5 days. Another agent said $600. To cancel this poor service. Customers choose wisely.

    A booth worker ID never seen before at a @FreedomMobile mall kiosk poked around my phone without permission a few weeks ago, and now my email is getting spammed by this unknown to me @ozy news group multiple emails a day. Not happy with this practice.

    @freedomsupport Total lie. Poor service. Then you respond: I am really sorry, but that is remaining balance on your contract that you will need to pay 600$ (+ tax).
