@FreedomMobile If only you would assist your current customers instead of tweeting my advice is to Pay a bit more and go with a different company. This company has yet to assist me. Not once. Not ever. I literally beg for service

@freedomsupport Is the “Freedom” network down? I can’t get a connection at all, phone will occasionally connect to “Nationwide”, but I don’t particularly want to be roaming. Don’t see an option on the website or in the app to check for service outages.

@FreedomMobile, THIS IS ABSURD ! I placed an order for iPhone 13 pro 256gb at Dufferin location paying extra $100. I was told it’d take 3-4 weeks at max but it’s been more than 9 weeks now. I’ve been a customer for the past 3 years. Is this how you treat your customers ?

I confirm the freedom account number with the Koodo rep to make sure it goes through with no problems just to be told by @FreedomMobile we didn’t send the right number. Why do you want my number so bad?
