JCK (@MyCatBaileys) reported@freedomsupport Only models with "U" can't do VoLTE. My phone is SM-G950W I currently use VoLTE and have it enabled on my phone. I have used it while roaming in the past as well. So when you say "not eligible" what means @FreedomMobile won't support it?
