@followthetwitt @freedomsupport It’s unlimited data access. You get 20GBs of that in high speed LTE. It’s all in the same big letters- not sure what the comprehensive issue is other than you would just like it to be something it says it’s not.

If you speak nicely and calmly to the customer service on call, they won’t help you. 1st time: Talked calmly - they dropped the call once I presented my problem. 2nd time: Talked calmly - dropped 3rd now waiting for the hold they’ve put me in. @FreedomMobile

@FreedomMobile why can't I leave Edmonton (literally can't go 20 mins outside the city) without losing service? It's the opposite of freedom and quite honestly it's a safety concern.

@apihtawikosisan @FreedomMobile pulled the same kind of scam when I was in Europe in May. I've been meaning to find another service. I talked to customer service by phone to ensure b4 I left what I needed. Big mistake. No record of what they promised they set up for me. I paid $100s in charges

@freedomsupport Hi. I think the problem needs to be fixed since other people are experiencing same, otherwise people will think it’s false advertising

@FreedomMobile I don't where some ppl in the comments live, but besides the early WIND days, I've never had an issue w/my service. Even at work when no one has a signal, I do. I contacted to enquire about this plan & got an even better deal. So thanks @FreedomMobile, I'm never leaving y'all.

Do any mobile carriers offer actual free phones on contract? I’ve been with @freedomsupport for years despite their service. They sent me a letter saying I’m eligible for a new $0 phone. When I go in, they agree, as long as I pay off the phone at $35/month…for a free phone.
