    @FreedomMobile hey there i just did the transfer of account. I set up a pin. Im trying to call the customer service and its asking for the pin. Soon as i enter call gets cut. Help

    I've never seen such a stupid service at Freedom Mobile contact center, I requested to port-in my daughter's number from Rogers to Freedom. They changed my number with my daughter nbr. I wish I never moved to Freedom #FreedomMobile #Rogers @freedomsupport

    @FreedomMobile has been charging me for my number which I blocked since Feb 2022 after losing my mob. I remember telling the salesrep to block the number Despite calling freedom n tellin them about this issue, they are not refunding or reversing the amount!

    @FreedomMobile I was verbally and physically abused by a freedom employee. Don't use their network! I am still in the process of recovery.

    @FreedomMobile I had to stay on the line with your agent after hung up to get back to my hotel while in a panic attack trying to be calmed down cause i was afraid for my life in a country where I couldnt speak spanish.

    @FreedomMobile charging me international roaming while I was on Vancouver Island is not right. Customer service is refusing to reverse the charge even though the coverage map shows that it's covered under Nationwide. @CCTS_CPRST @CTVNewsVI
