Any other yyj residents constantly getting txt messages saying "welcome to the US" when you go to the beach? @FreedomMobile just charged me over $100 in roaming fees - and I never left southern Van Isle.

@GeekyGoldenberg @FreedomMobile All carriers do that. Just read the fine print. If you purchase the device outright from the manufacturer (or another carrier - you don't even need to be customer, just mention you WANT to buy it regardless as I did), then no such fees exist.

@FreedomMobile How do I kill shawmobilehotspot on my iPhone? Someone in my building has it turned on and my iPhone constantly connects to it instead of my home network multiple times a day. It's slow, and means I can't control lights, speakers and my AppleTV from my iPhone.

@freedomsupport You just don't have service there. I signed up and moved. I still pay the bill. I just have to use wi-fi if I need to make a phone call. It doesn't work as a phone.

On the line for over 40 min trying to resolve almost $100 in charges I never incurred. Latest rep offered to refund me %50 of what @FreedomMobile is trying to STEAL FROM ME! If I tried to rob a person and only return %50 of goods, I'd be arrested. Where is the regulation?!
