    @Shawhelp what is wrong with your phone service this afternoon. I tried calling my husband’s cell and got a message that the number you have dialled is not in service. Same when I tried calling my own cell. I could only call him using my cell. Since you own @FreedomMobile fix it.

    @freedomsupport Please help! Got a new phone and now I cannot receive texts from my most important contact (but we can both send and rec. texts from other contacts) he gets mine but I don’t get his!

    @freedomsupport Well that's not happening and never had in the almost 12 years I've been with you. No one has ever answered, no one has ever responded to a VM. 11 years
