@freedomsupport Further down the notes they say there’s a technical problem or that the unlocking was never completed. More of the same no results >>@FreedomMobile. Why can’t Freedom Mobile unlock an iPhone after the completion of a contract. This runaround is getting infuriating. #@CCTS_CPRST

The last time we had a real competitor in the industry was in 2009, when we brought WIND Mobile to market (@FreedomMobile). The launch of WIND resulted in an average savings of $400 a year to every Canadian household with a mobile plan — whether they were a WIND customer or not.

@FreedomMobile what a terrible company, even worse is their customer service, third party and run out of the phillipines by people who do not understand english. They hang up when you ask to speak to a manager.

@AnthonyLacavera Agree with some points, especially the fake competition, but FreedomMobile did not save Canadians any money with its poor quality and coverage and targeting students only, and the counter actions taken by big three using lower quality for cheaper services

@FreedomMobile called and told I have to pay a balance. And for the 10th time I was explaining to the agent I informed them to disconnect my account and they did not on time so I have no obligation to pay. The agent hung up the phone on me! Great customer service #freedommobile

@FreedomMobile @SamsungCanada .... and they sent me back to the phone number that I talked to. And it still shows it's available online. Customer service means I shouldn't be jumping through hoops to get a straight answer
