@freedomsupport Unlimited data shouldn’t slow down after the data bucket is used as it originally did when wind was your company. I hate the change. It’s not unlimited when the lte speeds are unusable. Just a thought.

  • Kjerstinism kj (@Kjerstinism) reported

@FreedomMobile I've been with you for a decade. I pay $35 a month. Yall can't bless me with 20gb cause i only got 8gb. Treat me your loyal customer a little better. Thanks.

@FreedomMobile is network down? I can't make calls the last 2 days..

  • savouxx savouxx ☁️ (@savouxx) reported

@freedomsupport There should be someone higher up that speeds this service up a bit faster as it’s unusable at times and doesn’t fall under unlimited data usage.

@freedomsupport It's September 6th and my phone is now sending duplicate messages. What was the issue as you clearly have it happening again

  • mxaether ✨kam✨ (@mxaether) reported

@freedomsupport Which I understand might not be a feasible thing, but these rates really feel very on par with regular full-size telecoms (Rogers, Bell), when we're paying our monthlies at a similar price for less service area. So what exactly is the benefit over-all?

  • raminbourne Ramin Bourne (@raminbourne) reported

@peternowak I needed a second line - was told WiFi calling wasn’t supported for prepaid plans! Asked me to switch to Telus. I switched to @FreedomMobile ! On another note, noticed FM service quality has changed a lot - I may even switch my primary line from Telus to FM!

  • DDeenie Dee Mo (@DDeenie) reported

@FreedomMobile has provided quite possibly the worst customer service I have ever experienced. They have admitted that their insurance carrier @likewize is not providing the service we thought we were paying for but are unable to provide an acceptable solution.

  • ashleighaddison Ashleigh Addison (@ashleighaddison) reported

@Fidomobile @CRTCeng we need better options. Our hands are tied. And I find the quality of customer service has gone down as well. Part of why I loved Fido was the customer service. @FreedomMobile I'm looking for options!

  • Kjerstinism kj (@Kjerstinism) reported

@freedomsupport Nah I like my plan, I just feel as a loyal customer for over a decade yall can just appreciate the loyalty and say we gone up your gb from 8 to 20. It's never nothing for loyal customers always something for the newbies. Sometimes check on your loyal ones too, ya know.
