@FreedomMobile TELL YOUR SALES PEOPLE THAT YOU DON’T HAVE 5G NETWORK IN MANITOBA. LTE IS NOT A RELIABLE NETWORK!! I FEEL RIPPED OFF NOW. I’M A NEW CUSTOMER AND IT’S ONLY BEEN A WEEK AND IM ALREADY PISSED WITH YOU GUYS.

@FreedomMobile As a long time Bell customer I tried switching to Freedom today. I just went through the most painful purchasing process of my life. The result? I have a non-refundable eSIM that is not added to any device and now need to go into a store. What a horrible experience

@FreedomMobile I paid my internet yesterday, and ur company is still trying to process payments. I DONT EVEN HAVE AUTO PAY ACTIVATED! THERE SHOULD BE NO ******* REASON FOR YOU TO TRY AND STEAL MY ******* MONEY! AND CUSTOMER SERVICE IS A JOKE!
