    @freedomsupport : My phone number has been suspended, as the last 4 bills were not auto-deducted . Now, I have to pay the entire amount of my tab including 4 months bill, which sums up $1900. Can you please look into this . Already registered the complaint as : c64992300

    @FreedomMobile Please work in listening to customers. Your customer service is subpar and get rid of double verification. So when calling should take 6 verifications via 3 modes to verify who I am. No other cell service provider does this.

    @freedomsupport My freedom mobile connection got canceled without warning. I’ve been your loyal customer making payments on time, this treatment is unacceptable. I had informed freedom that I’m stuck aboard & I’m not in the country currently.
