@AnthonyLacavera @FreedomMobile I’d like @FreedomMobile to look at my rate and help me out. I’m being overcharged

  • Foamhead2 General Foamhead (@Foamhead2) reported

@CRTCeng Why are you allowing networks like @FreedomMobile to charge connection fees to customers who are already on the network? They are just switching devices and aren't being connected to a damn thing. This should be treated as fraud.

  • ForbiddenSun215 Brandon (@ForbiddenSun215) reported

@FreedomMobile 's Customer service has been terrible. They just keep making everything hard on me and doing nothing to make any of the inconveniences they place on me right. Might be time to find a new carrier.

  • DirtNap11 Dirt Nap (@DirtNap11) reported

@FreedomMobile shittiest website can't even get on it to see phones lol. Must be your network...that speaks volumes. Think I'll take a hard pass on your services. Seems like a fly by night operation.

  • MalaMoragain Mala Moragain Mistress Of Chaos (@MalaMoragain) reported

@AnthonyLacavera @FreedomMobile I left Rogers after an employee got jiggy with my plan by adding device protection and funnelled 18 phones through the portal without my knowledge. I have been happy with @FreedomMobile so hopefully that will never happen again.

  • muneer_bey Muneer Bey (@muneer_bey) reported

@Bell_Support my phone gets disconnected every time I talk to someone. Bell is saying your iPhone has issue, apple checked but found no issue. Never had issue with freedom. Did not know Bell would f me up like this shame on you Bell. @FreedomMobile

  • traceyannchrist Tracey Christopher (@traceyannchrist) reported

I've never been so upset and disappointed in a phone service carrier as I am with @FreedomMobile. Within 3 days of signing up for additional lines, I have a bill that's over $300 and now my phone line suspended 😡... This is unacceptable, and poor customer service @FreedomMobile

  • breakfrom_TO BRIDGE ℞ (@breakfrom_TO) reported

@FreedomMobile for telecommunications company you need proficient customer service agents , they are slow & lead to aggravation… like why am I in a chat with an agent to change my service and it’s been 5-7mins and they’ve still not asked what plan you’d like to switch to ?

  • AureliaCotta Aurelia Cotta (@AureliaCotta) reported

@RogersHelps No point in lying about how I feel about the company — (I know you are just the social media person, certainly not your fault personally) It’s why I switched my cellphone from Rogers to @FreedomMobile Better or same service, way less money. Competition helps us all
