@freedomsupport Yes, but as an existing customer looking to BYOP and upgrade the plan on an existing line - I'm better off switching the line away from Freedom and coming back as a "New Customer/Line" to save that money. No reward for a loyal customer to keep an existing line...this is my point.

@freedomsupport Nah I’m not risking y’all screwing up our account even worse. I’d talk to someone on the phone or go into a store, but you charge for support that way so I’ll just keep telling people what a crappy company you are.

After escalating a billing issue I just spoke to a so-called manager from @freedomsupport @FreedomMobile who was so dismissive and rude. This cannot be the best customer care or highest level of escalation you have to offer.

@freedomsupport There’s no message in my DM’s from you. Anyway, Tishar (I hope I spelled his name correctly) from customer care has resolved the issue. He is the sort of personality you want dealing with customers. No customer deserves the manager I spoke to this afternoon. A nightmare.

@freedomsupport And why wouldn't I qualify for the BYOP discount? I never buy a phone through the carrier. Why reward new customers and not give that same reward to existing customers?

@freedomsupport hi there, I’m at home in Ireland and my phone won’t pick up reception, I’ve tried manually selecting carriers but it doesn’t give any service on any of them. Just wondering if you could please help? Thank you
