  @FreedomMobile I can't recommend @FreedomMobile. Long complaint wait times (often not able to reach anyone), top up funds missing from account, no standardized billing statements. Very disappointing. More work to move carriers but poor customer service + missing funds is not acceptable.

  @freedomsupport Your Network is a piece of **** just like the iphone, a device that lets others follow one everywhere everywhere that one goes, with or without consent

  @FreedomMobile I need to cancel my prepaid home internet and only option i have is messaging or to go to the store. Messaging absolutely doesn't work for me and takes a long time. Going to store not possible as i am out. Why calling is not an option?
