    @RogersHelps I attempted to chat with your customer support, but it appears to be a long wait. There are about 95 people ahead of me. On the other hand, I chatted with someone at @FreedomMobile who responded immediately and provided helpful assistance. Sorry to say this.😔

    @jamielinsdell @FreedomMobile LEAVE Freedom immediately. They did the exact same thing to me. They never put the customer first even though they could fix this over the phone!!!

    @RogersHelps All they did was offer the same thing I turned down... was another waste of time. Ported out to @FreedomMobile already and saving $115/month.

    @FreedomMobile your home internet division is so stupid and incompetent. I’m cancelling all my freedoms services including my wife’s separate line over the next month. $200 / month for the three lines and internet that will go to a different company.
