    @FreedomMobile I can't recommend @FreedomMobile. Long complaint wait times (often not able to reach anyone), top up funds missing from account, no standardized billing statements. Very disappointing. More work to move carriers but poor customer service + missing funds is not acceptable.

    Hi @FreedomMobile, yesterday I purchased a 6mth prepaid plan and just today learned that your network doesn't cover even the very urban neighborhood of Steveston in Richmond, BC. Is it possible that there is no cancellation/refund available?

    @FreedomMobile An extra $300!!! Thanks for the “free upgrade”. Customer service won’t help....I was fine waiting out my contract. This is the crap Bell does and why I left. It’s dishonest.
