    Just had a phone conversation with @FreedomMobile customer service and it was the most frustrating thing ever. Why do they even have one because nothing can be done over the phone, it has to be all in store, which during this pandemic, I don't want to go into a store.

    @FreedomMobile By far the worst company I have ever has to deal with. They can't even do a simple number porting. The service works when it wants to, that is my reason for changing carriers. PLEASE DO NOT SIGN UP WITH THIS COMPANY IT IS NOT WORTH IT!!!!!!!!!!!

    @FreedomMobile That is a flat out “NO”. Reading is Reading that is how you learn your vocabulary. Listening to podcasts is just for pure entertainment only and does not involve reading of any kind. Any person who says otherwise is an idiot.

    @freedomsupport Kind of garbage that as soon as I identify as trans to your customer support, all of a sudden I’m being put on hold and transferred between people that won’t help

    @Rogers Aaaah were it so simple. @Rogers Did you learn anything? Can/will this happen again? Have you heard about testing in a Sandbox. Test new software in a real instance not live across Canada. Prove update or a patch works b4 shutting down Canada. PS: Not a customer. @FreedomMobile
