@freedomsupport This was an ongoing issue from yesterday and I am waiting for an update. Apparently it was happening to multiple customers.

@AnthonyLacavera @FreedomMobile What we pay for cellular service in Canada is absolutely ridiculous & consumer robbery! We pay an exuberant amount more than other countries...consumer protections & control need to be put in place. It's no better than our auto insurance issues...

@FreedomMobile @SamsungCanada .... and they sent me back to the phone number that I talked to. And it still shows it's available online. Customer service means I shouldn't be jumping through hoops to get a straight answer

@FreedomMobile I bought a freedom sim in August 2021 with a $50 refundable deposit. In September, i moved to Fido because i wasn’t satisfied with services. i was told I should get the refund through mail. I haven’t got the refund till now. Please look and resolve the issue.

@FreedomMobile You have LOST me as a customer. And next year, when my kid gets a phone, you WON'T get her: Your rep is insisting on a data overage I did NOT incur -- and I can prove it. But, she keeps insisting I did, and then hangs up on me. Buh-Bye!

  • sistermedia Maria Miccoli (@sistermedia) reported

BEWARE SCAM! @freedommobile employees telling customers to cancel bank payment and give them cc# instead. DO NOT DO THIS!

  • William91548226 William W (@William91548226) reported

@AnthonyLacavera @FreedomMobile Well I hope when you buy it back you get actual coverage. I switched to freedom mobile for like 3 months. Yes it was amazing to pay so little for cell service until I realized how little cell service I actually got.

@freedomsupport COURTESY?!?!? You tried to steal from me. It’s not a courtesy, it’s my money you agreed not to steal! You’ve lost me as a customer. 2/2
