@ri_ni_b @FreedomMobile The number thing is just how it works. You are able to port out to another plan at another phone service company if I am correct but if ur just gonna terminate your contract, and not port out, then you lose your number. That’s what happened when I switched to freedom from bell.

@freedomsupport is the WORST, the coverage sucks, the customer service is gross. They are liars, don’t know anything about the contracts and are useless and rude. @Bell_Support or @RogersHelps don’t play games like this. The CRTC said they have tons of complaints daily.

@mikeboos @FreedomMobile Today is day 7 after for me, and still no signal boost yet. Maybe I have to buy a 5G phone to make it work?

@donnaisreading @FreedomMobile It’s because they literally have the worst customer service in the world and can’t provide a single straight answer. I’d go to bell or Rogers

@freedomsupport I've called over 10 times in the past year and you do nothing to resolve the issue it constantly happens. And I'm not providing information over Twitter idiot. I hope people see the tweet and smartly pay more with another company for a reliable service
