    @freedomsupport The contact center phone number has an issue, once I get redirected to an agent I get an automated message to call back during open hours , are you open? If so then you have a problem been occuring the last 2 hours across about 8 calls

    @freedomsupport You do have an issue for sure, once you enter the freedom number as requested then select option 2 or 3 I get an automated message from freedom to call during open hours after agent transfer. check if your call volume trend baseline handled by support that may help.

    @FreedomMobile you and brightstar have the worst customer service ever. Why pay for coverage if brightstar wont fix the phone

    @MysticTheFox @FreedomMobile I think this is not about coverage. They decreased the speed per user, so they can allocate the same bandwidth to more users. In short, cost reduction. They are gaining time on something they already know. Blame the customer's phone, the environmental factors bla bla.

    @spacecows @FreedomMobile Same here. the only difference is that they have not sent my phone and they do not have any tracking info or even know where is it. They are the worst service ever

    @FreedomMobile worst company ever. DON’T go with freedom. They fool u when selling phone, tell u connection fees will be waived by calling rep & whn bill comes you see fees, liars! Asked cust rep to clear tht & they arrogantly said to return device & switch back @freedomsupport

    @FreedomMobile WATCH OUT! from Freedom Mobile, you will pay for prepaid in advance, they will take your money and you will never get a phone line.
