  • iamnuriye allthingsconsidered (@iamnuriye) reported

@FreedomMobile are literal fraudsters - no one in person can help you and they refuse to help over the phone and they lie about what the app can do. Never ******* use them.

  • keithcordeiro Keith Cordeiro (@keithcordeiro) reported

@FreedomMobile I can’t understand how a company relays information to new customers via online chat, to then have a local retailer give different information? As a new customer, why am I the one running around to buy your product?? Am I missing something?? #poorservice

  • mimadrid FRAN 🇪🇸🇪🇸 (@mimadrid) reported

@FreedomMobile fFreedom doesn’t allow you to take advantages of new offers unless you terminate your present contract , lose funds and start all over. Not great business model and poor customer care team in the Philippines.

  • XylantExodus Andrew Vanderschaaf (@XylantExodus) reported

@freedomsupport Ok. Well my service still says roaming and has all day. I have been all over the south and east sides of Peterborough today, so I'm just letting you know this is a problem

  • PaigeMyka Myka Paige (@PaigeMyka) reported

@freedomsupport Do you not service Gatineau Quebec? I was a customer a few years ago and you did.. A friend told me you don't! Is that true?

  • traderprad Praddy Daddy (@traderprad) reported

@freedomsupport I had roaming enabled, just didn't expect $100 for 200MB. Would love to see if we could bring that down somehow.

  • MohsinRizviSye1 Mohsin Rizvi, Syed (@MohsinRizviSye1) reported

@FreedomMobile i am a freedom customer. I wanted to add one more line, i want to keep the old number. Please advice.

  • yyznaho N a h o 👽 (@yyznaho) reported

@freedomsupport Yes it is the trade up, but how can I benefit from these plans if I can't get the phone? And doesn't help that I have to call every single store to find it when one of your representatives can easily look it up and find it or should be able to

  • mimadrid FRAN 🇪🇸🇪🇸 (@mimadrid) reported

@FreedomMobile Does Freedom have any local customer care help or only Philippines?

  • SidharthMohan44 Sidharth Mohan (@SidharthMohan44) reported

@FreedomMobile Myself Sidharth Mohan, I was a freedom customer for almost a year. I have experienced extremely bad service from Freedom mobile today. Yesterday, I visited the Freedom store near me to change my prepaid service to a post-paid service for upgrading my hardware.
