@freedomsupport I'm moving to Montreal in May... Is there any chance we'll see an integration of the Videotron Quebec network that quickly so that I don't have to leave Freedom?

  • hantar2022 Raj Joshi (@hantar2022) reported

@FreedomMobile if all you do is make roaming fees reasonable I would switch to your service. $15/day is ridiculous - roaming in Canada with a phone from India is $1/day.

  • Hydrashok Whiskey Mike Foxtrot (@Hydrashok) reported

If you have any other alternative, never do business with @FreedomMobile

  • hexagraeme Graeme 🟣 (@hexagraeme) reported

Don't let Rogers and the media gaslight you about there being no cell service on the subway. I frequently post from the subway. Canadians just seem to be in this horrific relationship with the Big 3. @FreedomMobile has always had amazing service on the subway.

  • ZeltaMiene Sharnice A🌙💖 (@ZeltaMiene) reported

@freedomsupport is there an issue with the billing system?

  • alwaysgoesback help (@alwaysgoesback) reported

to anyone, and Fido is charging me $65 for that horrible mistake. They can only waive $20 despite being a billion dollar company? Their policies are rigid and don’t allow for kindness. Hoping to find a new carrier now, @FreedomMobile what u up to 😭

  • ninetteibanez ninetteibanez (@ninetteibanez) reported

@freedomsupport I called yesterday and the rep was not helpful and was grudging. You chose Likewise - s.o. If you can give me a contact above grumpy service reps who keep insisting the phone has to be replaced instead of listening.

  • b2caron Brandon Caron (@b2caron) reported

@FreedomMobile will Freedom's home network be expanded with Videotron's Quebec network? I don't want to be roaming when I go to Montreal anymore 😢

  • CharlesMicah Charles T (@CharlesMicah) reported

@freedomsupport @meadoval4lyf I'm on the subway today too and finding the same thing! No Freedom service in any downtown Yonge stations or tunnels that normally have coverage.

  • meadoval4lyf person (@meadoval4lyf) reported

@freedomsupport @CharlesMicah I think you're being told it's not a device issue. It's something at your end. Can't your socials team tell your tech team? @BAICanada
