@FreedomMobile I just wasted almost 3 hours of my life with your HORRIBLE website. It doesn't let you order addons when you upgrade phones, and your chat service is completely useless

@freedomsupport Hey! No clarity needed, I’ve already been on the phone with y’all on multiple occasions and have been told by supervisors and after waiting on a callback, a manager who literally can’t do anything for their customers nor do they care if you’ve been a customer for 5 years :)

@FreedomMobile I gotta say, your upgrades policy in regard to grandfathered plans is really lacklustre. It means nothing more than a penalty against customers who by definition have been around for quite some time. Is their business not worth retaining? There's a fix...

@FreedomMobile I am freedom customer for almost 2 years and i work around amazon in ottawa ! Still after almost a year there is no coverage around that area ( boundary road ottawa ) this is ridiculous ! When you guys want to fix that ?
