@freedomsupport Likewise, but this stuff is very concerning. The fact that your customers are targeted BECAUSE they are customers on your phone network should provide more impetus to actively fight this. Older, or less savvy people could have easily fallen for this. Many already have, I am sure.

@freedomsupport Took an hour to cancel and then tell me it takes up to 48 hours to unlock a phone I cannot use because it’s cancelled What if I wanted a new service today with a different provider. BS!!

@FreedomMobile Trying to cancel my phone (BECAUSE I MOVED TO THE US) and your customer care rep just had the nerve to try and convince me to switch to a yearly plan or find someone else to take over my phone number. Better believe I'm gonna spread the word #unprofessional

If I'm already logged in through 2FA, why can't I update my own address information? If the expectation is that I'm going to call Customer Care or visit a store, I'm just... not going to bother doing that. @FreedomMobile

@freedomsupport My biggest issue is I feel ripped off. I bought two phones. So we have three in our family now. I bought two for my kids for Christmas and freedom said they would credit the Account and start the billing on Christmas Day when my kids get them. Nope I got charged for an extra $200

Paying $45 when you upgrade your phone has to be the biggest scam. I’m legit already a customer, and I have the same number… what could you possible have to do that would warrant an additional $45? Phone bills are already not cheap like let me keep my money @FreedomMobile 🙄
