@FreedomMobile worst customer service support. Had CSR tell me that my phone shipped - but no tracking. Assures me it will arrive. Talked to a supervisor - sorry we were lying - no phone for you.

@FreedomMobile On chat for 4 hrs with loyalty dept, then on call wasted 2 more hrs to upgrade device. All agents confirmed have noted account,finally after 5-6 hrs hardware upgrade agent said its out of stock n have to visit store n cant guarantee the deal I got. Worst cx service

@FreedomMobile I ordered two phones. One was free, one I paid for. The free one arrived and the one I paid for never arrived. Money taken from my account. CX service told me phone is no longer in stock and I cant change to a phone that is in stock? 'To just wait it out' the worst!!

@freedomsupport I'm so fed up with your lack of service I will most likely switch my cellular phone needs elsewhere in 2021 ! I have had this conversation with you too many times before with no resolve to the situation of poor connection etc. I'm not going to waste anymore time.

@FreedomMobile They don't have the phone in stock so don't switch yet. And that's not the only problem. The waiting lists are just an Excel file kept by the store and not controlled centrally. So you are most likely to get the phone after all the friends and family of the store personnel.
