Your nationwide coverage is virtually non existent in Saskatchewan, even in Saskatoon. One cannot make or receive phone calls or texts consistently.🤨

Ask someone at Rogers, they'll tell you in 1 second. Ask someone at Freedom, you get a song and dance and never get an actual number

Called Customer Support and they keep putting me on hold. Transferring me from one "supervisor" to another. They won't issue a refund.

What are your field analysts doing if they are not aware of the issue? Everytime end user has to complaint and then it’s escalated. Ridiculous.

Valerie Stables (@StablesValerie) reported@freedomsupport Your network reliability is terrible. I have raised concerns with reliability even in Calgary and you do nothing to fix your issues. Let’s keep this issue public. Yes we have saved money but we cannot receive or place calls and texts reliably when we travel. Time to go.
