Why is @FreedomMobile’s main site so slow? (MyFreedom is fine.) It’s even slower than @Twitter. My session times out just from waiting for the TOS screen to load, it’s ridiculous Can’t they hire someone to take out whatever crap it is that’s making it so slow?

@freedomsupport It’s always been this slow. It doesn’t matter where, what device or whether I cleared anything. Going through the main site has always been painful. I miss the old Wind Mobile days, the old website was good

@FreedomMobile How about hiring customer service representatives that DON'T hang up on your customers! Twice in a row. My contract ends soon and I will have the freedom of choosing a reliable provider then
