  @freedomsupport with over 5 hrs of back and forth, still my phone issue isn't resolved. Agents said 5 days. Another agent said $600. To cancel this poor service. Customers choose wisely.

  @freedomsupport Ahhhh ok.. and during that 24th term, I cannot change my plan, is that right? Like for example is the cost of data goes down (haha!), I would not be able to take advantage of that until my 24 month term is over. Is that correct?

  @FreedomMobile is there service outage in Ottawa? Cant seems to have network service since this morning! Currently located in Ottawa!
