    @freedomsupport No. It is a server side issue and not a client side issue hence the nginx error.

    @freedomsupport Now instead of timing out it is giving the following error. "503 Service Temporarily Unavailable nginx"

    @freedomsupport I requested for a change in plan a day earlier to my cycle bill, I wanted a bigger data plan which they did. I was not informed there will be cost implications for changing plan before the old plan ends and your customer service insisted I have to bear that cost myself.
