    The funny thing is I used the data for maps because my friend who is ALSO with @FreedomMobile couldn’t even connect to the roaming network

    @joemorin73 @FreedomMobile are existing customers on 5G network? I have my youngest child running on 3G through Public mobile for only $13/month , but the plan is more for text and use of wifi if needed at school.

    Just a heads up that @FreedomMobile changed the way they charge for data roaming and I was hit with a $94 charge for a DAY TRIP to Buffalo. But don’t worry, customer service was able to knock $30 off of that while they kept telling me “next time buy an add on”

    If I KNEW I would have! Never been treated like this in my 7 years as a loyal @FreedomMobile customer 😡 I felt like a small child being scolded with 0 empathy or compassion.

    Maybe this is a @FreedomMobile issue though? The whole system needs to improved or people are going to ignore them.

    @freedomsupport It's September 6th and my phone is now sending duplicate messages. What was the issue as you clearly have it happening again
