    @FreedomMobile An extra $300!!! Thanks for the “free upgrade”. Customer service won’t help....I was fine waiting out my contract. This is the crap Bell does and why I left. It’s dishonest.

    @FreedomMobile: Here is frustrated customer who lost some really important meetings due to the data issue. What the hell is nationwide data when you are in same province. Why doesn't your sales rep make the customer aware of this while they change the plan.

    @freedomsupport does freedom take network issue reports anymore? There's a very annoying problematic area in the middle of Vancouver that's persisted for years.

    @freedomsupport Will you be offering the Pixel 6 Pro on release day? If so, which colours & storage options? I'm a long time Freedom customer but Telus is offering pre-registration for the Pixel 6, and I need to upgrade to the 6 the moment it's released (my Pixel 2XL is dying)

    @FreedomMobile 1/2..I bought a phone outright from a Freedom store, without a connection. And now Freedom is trying their best to not unlock that phone. Have spoken to atleast 5 cust. care reps and everyone gives a different solution which were proven wrong later.
