    Just swapped from @FreedomMobile to @Rogers Wireless. It's weird having service at home and being able to use the data that I pay for instead of being told "Page failed to load". Getting text messages in under 6 hours is also nice.

    When I have 10GB data added in my plan one year ago I confirmed if they charged me extra for that but customer service said @FreedomMobile randomly select customers and give them bonus data as complimentary. it’s not stick with plan so not charge and now they removed bonus data.

    @freedomsupport Further down the notes they say there’s a technical problem or that the unlocking was never completed. More of the same no results >>@FreedomMobile. Why can’t Freedom Mobile unlock an iPhone after the completion of a contract. This runaround is getting infuriating. #@CCTS_CPRST

    @FreedomMobile And the worst thing is that you guys @FreedomMobile do rip your customers off big time with hidden charges, international calls being blocked from, customers getting ripped off for that! Dah!

    @Shawhelp @FreedomMobile P.S. I used to be proud to be a Shaw customer in that when I spoke to an agent they were always a fellow CDN. The folks I spoke to today in Belize were earnestly trying to do their jobs but honestly they just don't understand my circumstances or needs the way a fellow CDN would!

    The last time we had a real competitor in the industry was in 2009, when we brought WIND Mobile to market (@FreedomMobile). The launch of WIND resulted in an average savings of $400 a year to every Canadian household with a mobile plan — whether they were a WIND customer or not.

    @freedomsupport NO I will not talk to a company that pushed me down to the core. The manager on the phone was cold and brutal and that's the reality of the matter and she has to deal with thar in her own subconscious because I would never treat a person that way. I want my phone line connected

    @freedomsupport 😔I told them on the phone I will pay it in a few days but they said sorry we cannot help you and I find after Freedom made their millions and got really brutal.

    @freedomsupport 😔No no DM right here because I can't call my mom downtown or my dad who needs me to call him because he has a problem in another province in Canada and the company is really hurting me by not connecting my line.
