    @freedomsupport DM'd with no response, tried the messaging service which was completely unhelpful, now I'm calling again and have to wait on hold for goodness knows how much longer to hopefully speak to someone who I can understand, can help, and doesn't have spotty reception.

    @FreedomMobile is the worst phone company smh.... imagine Bell & Rogers are giving their costumers time to pay their bill due to this pandemic but freedom mobile doesn’t seem to care.. you are a smaller company you should be more understanding smh

    @FreedomMobile signed on with Freedom mid March. Had no service at home. Took over six weeks to get resolution. They have billed me $380 for no service. Don’t sign with Freedom without fully testing coverage.

    @freedomsupport Not me, it’s my husband (well, me in the sense that I can’t call him & also have to deal w frustrated people who can’t get through to his business). He just wasted an hour talking to AK via Facebook, one more wasted attempt at resolution. Glad I went with a different provider.
