    @Kotaku WTF is up with the unclosable @FreedomMobile ad on your website? The little X to close ad doesn't do jack **** so rather than wasting my time (I'm already a FM client), I had no other choice but to leave the site & not read the content I opened on the first place. #BadWebDesign

    @CRTCeng Finally. It has been long due. Telcos have been charging it to exploit customers further, although the plans pricing is still high compared to rest of the world but thanks for @FreedomMobile, at least now overall service providers charge less than what they used to few years ago

    Hey @FreedomMobile... just filed a formal complaint to the CCTS on you. 16 years as a loyal customer and you wrongly shut my phone off due to an "unpaid balance" that wasn't posted until yesterday, and shows DUE MARCH 19. Your customer service reps were no help.

    @FreedomMobile Hey @FreedomMobile! ๐Ÿš€ I'm a loyal customer with a Samsung Galaxy and Iโ€™d love to see Freedom partner with Starlink Direct to Cell. Right now, I have to pay Rogers $15/month for a separate satellite add-on just to stay connected in remote areas. Any plans to bring this feature natively to Freedom? #FreedomMobile #Starlink

    @FreedomMobile been on hold all day to fix our home internet - over 3 hours now. But when called and said add more services you picked up jn 1.47 minutes!
