@FreedomMobile I don’t know why people would ever call. I’m never going to answer. But if you do, I’d way rather have a follow up text explaining your call than have to listen to a voicemail.

  • JayeTweet ⎛⎝JayeCat⎠⎞⚧❄️ (@JayeTweet) reported

@freedomsupport ok but the issue was lack of coverage outside the city. people shouldn't HAVE to use their roaming data just because they live in rural or suburban parts of the province/state

  • Mohit26013158 Mohit (@Mohit26013158) reported

@FreedomMobile I have recently left your network and switched to fido. After they offered me a deal to bring back their past customers. What are you guys doing for your existing clients?

  • cydniechanel cyd ស៊ីដ (@cydniechanel) reported

@FreedomMobile I now have $1k+ worth of charges added to my account, for reasons still undetermined, and have no phone to use... even though my next bill is only due on February 24th...and no one is available to give real help or answers.

  • cydniechanel cyd ស៊ីដ (@cydniechanel) reported

@FreedomMobile I woke up to my phone suspended two days ago (which is confusing because I have auto-pay on and checked 2 days prior to ensure my account was at $0), so when I called again today to have the issue escalated, conveniently there are no managers available.

  • heyitsjarred Jarred Stephen Meek (@heyitsjarred) reported

My @FreedomMobile home internet is so bad that I have to use up my 20GB of Freedom data on my phone....please help.

  • _kristianking_ Kristian King (@_kristianking_) reported

@FreedomMobile is the worst company on this green earth

  • Shsyedj SyedSJ (@Shsyedj) reported

@FreedomMobile extremely disappointed to note that my issue in Case ID#C71797258 is repeating every month since last 5 months. Feel sorry to point out that your customer team is not proactive in ensuring it is resolved for the rest of the promotion period. #poorcustomerservice

@freedomsupport I try that I called and the manager was rude and not willing to help me out I'm beyond pissed at what you're company did

  • cydniechanel cyd ស៊ីដ (@cydniechanel) reported

@FreedomMobile is the worst Canadian phone company. I came back to Canada with charges of $1250 for additional services I didn't ask for. when I called to discuss the issue, all their employees had little to no answers, and their best offer was a $500 credit...
