    Hello @FreedomMobile I bought an IPhone XS Max from you as a customer and have since paid off the phone however the phone is till locked to freedom mobile after all these years. I have visited your service center and called tech support countless times.

    @FreedomMobile Do not take their Phone Protection plan. If you want to cancel they will not let you. Hello! I called your customer service a few months ago to cancel the phone protection plan. I thought they did it but they did not. Reimburse me $90.00 plus tax.

    @FreedomMobile I've not been able to get a hold of support regarding my cell phone service through freedom mobile WhatsApp support. tried multiple times but got no responses after waiting many hours. On one occasion the wait was 6+ hours and then I was kick'd off the queue.

    @FreedomMobile next step will be to move all my lines to Roger’s and pay the penalty with freedom. That’s how disappointed in this company who is willing to loose a customer of 6 years
