    Hey @TekSavvyCSR @TekSavvyBuzz I can get cheaper Internet and TV with Freedom mobile ! About $60.00 Cheaper ! So unless you can fix my bill going $127.00 to $181.60 I will be going with the most reliable provider in Canada ! @FreedomMobile

    @FreedomMobile got scammed for the annual plan. Been paying my dad’s phone every year and they charged me for a plan that they never provided. Instead they gave me the lower plan but charged me for the higher tier plan. Now I’m stuck with useless agent refusing to pay that back

    @FreedomMobile Mind you, my phone bill is paid. Everything’s paid. So humour me on why I haven’t had any service since yesterday & it keeps saying no sim or invalid sim. Mind you I have a sim from yall & an e sim too. So kindly humour me on why my reception is on sos on day 2?

    @FreedomMobile is a complete garbage service and I will disconnect all 3 accounts ASAP. I keep getting with the prepaid accounts and I hear is because we have some defect! My son ended up without the service in a dangerous situation because of your defect. There you have it!
