    Anyone that is with @FreedomMobile I suggest switching to @Bell , at least bell cares about there customers, where @freedomsupport does not. It's been a year and half with problems and I'm still in the same spot I was when the problem started. Just horrible

    @FreedomMobile $240 for 24 min call to customer support toll free number with @AirCanada for a cancelled flight. The call fees were not listed beforehand. The customer rep said toll free calls cost more but could not give me a link with this information.

    @FreedomMobile Very close to Roger's pricing. Roger's has way better service but prices suck. Like this now. Meh. No thx.

    @FreedomMobile Hi. I have tried to login to my freedom account multiple times and it keeps going right back to the login page. Can you please advise. #holyfrustration
