    @freedomsupport I don’t think So.I am in talk with one of your agent .I explained that my card got stolen along with my suv .as I got new card I enrolled in digital pay . She decided not to provide digital discount for last two bills and resist .I am waiting for her supervisor.6year customer.

    @freedomsupport speaking to the Loyalty department right now who said there was no solution except to "activate another new line". I've never been more frustrated with a phone provider before.

    @FreedomMobile @getrealmovement You just lost a 10+ year customer with five phones. You should be able to go to the states with you phone for less than $230/month, and not have to spend 2+ hours on the phone with 5 separate calls to figure out why you are being robbed.

    @freedomsupport Freedom mobile u have an issue with your one of your phone to which I have been paying phone protection on. The phone samsung s20 plus shut off.. and when I contacted your support team spoke with several agents Mel, Sarma and a supervisor name Moe whom provided false information

    @freedomsupport Hey, I replied to say I've already done all of this and your team is telling me that no one is responsible for this type of payment issue. Please escalate or let me know next steps. Otherwise I'll just port.
