Danica. (@DanicaDavid_) reported@FreedomMobile got scammed for the annual plan. Been paying my dad’s phone every year and they charged me for a plan that they never provided. Instead they gave me the lower plan but charged me for the higher tier plan. Now I’m stuck with useless agent refusing to pay that back

Stephen (not spellchecking my tweets) 🇨🇦 (@Thatguy1612) reported@FreedomMobile I need help, I can't log into my account, the verification code aren't sending The RCS chat isn't responding to me

Testezlaf (@testezlaf) reported@4v5ttjj7vy @FreedomMobile Its all over reddit, internet is trash, and no customer support or any word from Freedom, unacceptable service!
-
Curt Bennett 🇨🇦 @curttalkstv.bsky.social (@CurtTalksTV) reported@TELUSsupport Just got your WINBACKTELUS email offer but it's not even as good as an off-the-shelf plan with @FreedomMobile. Also your AI chatbot is comically terrible. Don't even bother trying again until you rehire human beings and create competitive plans.

David Barnwell (@lifeOfBarney) reportedFriggin dealing with @FreedomMobile is driving me insane. Dealing with the same technical issue for months now with no meaningful assistance, and technical staff are locked behind call centre+triage+1st level support. UUUUUHHHHNNNNNNN
-
Duster (@dustkrei) reported@FreedomMobile your cell coverage is so awful since switching to your service my phone is basically useless unless I am on wifi. It’s horrible. SOS mode constantly and we’re 10 min from a city.
-
TDaphneVasquez RMT (@tattookitten) reported@FreedomMobile I'm actually one of the OGs, been a customer when it first came on the scene as Clearnet, before Wind even.
-
Not Op Cue (@NotOpCue) reported@FidoSolutions When I spoke to you rep on the phone he did not care about the price raise and when I said I was going to cancel he did not try to keep me. A company that has no respect for loyalty and paying every month on time does not deserve my business. @FreedomMobile offered me a great deal when I was leaving them years back, but I still said no cause the data was trash in some areas. @Rogers raised the price randomly on me several times, left them cause why pay $55 a month for something when you can get the same thing for $25 a month.

Kyng (@KebabsRLyf) reported@MelissaLMRogers @TELUSsupport I pay $44 (after tax). US Canada Mexico. 90gb. Price guarantee so they'll never change it even if my plan is grandfathered. Come to @FreedomMobile grab a prepaid plan for 1 month to test out, if you like it port your number over after.

MaxNPV (@TheMaxNPV) reported@GTM618 @FreedomMobile That’s the tricky part of visiting Niagara Falls - easy for phones to switch to the US carriers. I was there 2 weeks ago and all our Bell phones did the same thing. With Freedom I always found messaging from iPhone to be pretty responsive for support.
