    @FreedomMobile took more then $700 from our cards and 7 agents dont know where that money went !!! @FreedomMobile give me an explanation on this. I want my money back. No one is helping us. Took our money and cant help us. They dont have answers. No agent writes notes!!!

    @freedomsupport You do have an issue for sure, once you enter the freedom number as requested then select option 2 or 3 I get an automated message from freedom to call during open hours after agent transfer. check if your call volume trend baseline handled by support that may help.

    @freedomsupport 3 consecutive months of 1 hr. + on phone w/ cust. serv. with multiple hang ups. Escalation granted last mth, 2 levels, apologies, discounts. On +1.5 hr. today 4 hang ups U ARE UNABLE TO PROCESS AN @AmexCanada payment. CONTACT FROM. SR. EXEC. @ FREEDOM PLEASE.

    @freedomsupport Freedom mobile dealer cheated me and misleading with me and right now customer service are not helping me please be aware all customers about the dealers shop

    @FreedomMobile WATCH OUT! from Freedom Mobile, you will pay for prepaid in advance, they will take your money and you will never get a phone line.

    Disappointed longtime customer. @FreedomMobile You cannot charge a connection/activation fee for the same existing phone line without first notifying and only after signing a plan upgrade contract. This is not an acceptable business practice. Poor service. #FreedomMobile

    Apparently @FreedomMobile outsources their customer service to a company in Egypt now. That was hands down some of the worst customer service.
