    @FreedomMobile upgrading some customers to get them more data but legacy customer don’t get anything. Happened with my family. Very unfortunate that loyalty isn’t valued. :(

    Big up to @FreedomMobile who hung up on my wife and told her "call back when you've calmed down" when her father is stuck in the US with no service (that they said he'd have), just after making him buy out his recently passed wife's phone before putting the account in his name
