seriously though @FreedomMobile can you explain to me why my data still won’t renew even after i’ve topped up my account? by the time it does actually renew i’ll need to top it up again because in 3 days the amount in my account has gone down? this is insane

@freedomsupport I have 2 other phones with bell and not a single issue in the 5 years with them. Freedom wants to argue with there customers and pretty much tell us we are wrong all the time.

@freedomsupport @FreedomMobile Having worked in the telecommunications industry for more years than I can remember, and at least 4 providers, it's not good enough. I know you're a small network, and you get screwed by the oligopoly, and the CRTC is useless, but surely you can do better than this

@freedomsupport Are you kidding me? How am I supposed to call customer service back if I'm in the area where I keep loosing signal? Do you not see the issue with what customer support is asking me? 3 years I been with freedom and you guys have done nothing to offer anything for all my problems.

@freedomsupport why does my account not allow any payments to be processed. i have tried multiple cards and it fails, my bank doesn't even see a transaction for either cards. please help fix it so i can upgrade to a new plan with a new phone
