    @freedomsupport Are you iOS15 as well? If not then you’re right it’s not just me (iOS15). Hmm… 🤔 Well! Hope there is a solution in the coming weeks. If it was ios15 specifically then I’d understand if it wasn’t top priority right now but as it might be iOS14 too then that changes things.

    @FreedomMobile very bad service from freedom mobile your doesn’t work perfectly and showing error always I can’t make payment and then my account suspended Such a nice service

    @freedomsupport I changed my name with Freedom 18 months ago and yet tech support still expects my deadname. What gives? Normally they're understanding but a tech agent just refused me service over it. On top of that, my manage account page hasn't worked in over a year.

    @FreedomMobile If I pay for my service and you freeze my account anyways and now ur asking to pay again....because it hasn't gone through yet are urside. That doesn't make sense #worstserviceever
