holy hell, I have NEVER dealt with someone so rude as i did today with @freedomsupport , thankfully i saved the conversation, but you guys need to teach your employees what customer service actually is, instead of berating the customer and making them feel stupid.

Honestly, worst service ive ever gotten from @FreedomMobile what a joke man, has the option to suspend your service, which i did under the impression i wouldnt be charged, and yet they still charge me and wont even entertain the fact that its misleading and wont help me at all

@freedomsupport Hey, I'm just wondering if you're getting reports of SMS failing to send? I'm having iffy issues sending texts, I can be retrying for 15 minutes before it either sends or I take a screenshot and it sends immediately. Been about 2 weeks-ish like this

I know us Canadians are getting pretty hosed on our cell phone plans but @FreedomMobile just charged me a $45 connection fee for a new phone despite being an existing customer with a number already connected.

@freedomsupport why bother? it's just going to happen again next month. If it weren't for the fact i should only be paying $15/month for this, i would have left already. since you guys keep hitting me at $20, i'll just find another service
