    @freedomsupport same issue here. no sms going out. Customer service told me it can take upto 5 days to resolve... btw... customer service had no idea that this is network wide with multiple reports... disappointed...

    @freedomsupport What was wrong with the network yesterday that I couldn't send text messages. Cannot get a straight answer. been with you almost 6 years and ready to change carriers. Getting fed up with reception, etc. Please help

    @FreedomMobile It’s brutal when you have a 50g plan really slow LTE than downgraded to 4g than 3G in Mississauga and even worst in Oakville. I’ve used less than 1g of data in the past 2 months on this account and y’all want $150. Cracked!! Never again, will be looking around.
