    @freedomsupport Making someone pay for extra data when YOUR towers are down and they HAVE to use the nationwide option? I’m in a freedom zone, but there’s no signal because your tower has now power. So why should I be paying the extra for the lack of service in your zone?

    I don’t even know why I have my phones services with these ppl @FreedomMobile . Their customer service is dead, their agents are so rude and are NOT knowledgeable about the business. I need to switch

    @dtcooper @freedomsupport If only. My bad. I didn’t rush to cancel his phone right away. You know, grief. Irony is if Mike didn’t pay his prepaid phone by 1st of month they would suspend the line immediately.
