    @GTM618 @FreedomMobile That’s the tricky part of visiting Niagara Falls - easy for phones to switch to the US carriers. I was there 2 weeks ago and all our Bell phones did the same thing. With Freedom I always found messaging from iPhone to be pretty responsive for support.

    @FreedomMobile I closed my acct. 8 months ago, paid the balance & have email confirmation. Why are you sending me a bill? I've tried to speak to customer service & no one will respond.

    Usually you guys are the worst service providers in Canada. But in the 6 years I’ve used y’all I’ve never had this much issues. Why is my reception off since yesterday freedom? @FreedomMobile It’s 6:37 a.m on a Saturday & I’m up because of you guys. What’s up?
