@FreedomMobile As a long time Bell customer I tried switching to Freedom today. I just went through the most painful purchasing process of my life. The result? I have a non-refundable eSIM that is not added to any device and now need to go into a store. What a horrible experience

@FreedomMobile you seriously need to get better at chat support. The agent is going in circles and I am not getting any resolution whatsoever. I am trying to order a new sim but I am not able to.

@FreedomMobile Yes. Been a customer since 2013 and because I missed an appointment for a upgrade and new contract, no one is able to help me. It's sad.
