@freedomsupport You rocking anything faster than 3G? Last time I tried your service (late 2017) it was like time travelling to 2008.

I've never been so upset and disappointed in a phone service carrier as I am with @FreedomMobile. Within 3 days of signing up for additional lines, I have a bill that's over $300 and now my phone line suspended 😡... This is unacceptable, and poor customer service @FreedomMobile

  • ChimpGenes 🇬🇧 S. JR #TeamPapaya 🧡🇺🇦 (@ChimpGenes) reported

@TravelEatAwe @FreedomMobile @freedomsupport CRTC supposed to protect customers but these companies charge an arm and a leg for their service other countries/companies charge pennies for

  • PeterEhmAuthor Peter Ehm 🇨🇦 🚀 (@PeterEhmAuthor) reported

@EricaEhm @FreedomMobile Unfortunately, customer retention is a low priority for major mobile Carriers in Canada nowadays. Churn makes the bottom line sparkle for them. I simply wait until my current carrier messes up too badly to fix, then move on to a competitor. Repeat cycle every 2-3 years, sadly.

  • Foamhead2 General Foamhead (@Foamhead2) reported

@CRTCeng Why are you allowing networks like @FreedomMobile to charge connection fees to customers who are already on the network? They are just switching devices and aren't being connected to a damn thing. This should be treated as fraud.
