I was really excited when I joined @FreedomMobile. Felt like I had finally found a cell provider who put integrity & care into providing service. Sadly their @freedomsupport has become mostly automated just like all the other cell companies

@freedomsupport Hi, I had been trying to update my autopay settings on the website as I got a new credit crad but kept getting an error message. Just spoke to call centre rep and she tells me there is an issue with autopay right now, any idea when this might get resolved?

I’m usually not the type to complain about these issue. However, after dealing with CS this morning has left a bad taste in my mouth. I reached out to CS about my issue with my home internet bill and have been passed off to multiple agents just for one issue. @FreedomMobile
