@freedomsupport Okay, I'll DM you, but please be aware I am not going to be happy at all if this is just script and I'm going to get dicked around. If you can't do something for me, tell me before I go any further than my problem introduction, please.

@FreedomMobile Hi team, does Freedom roaming work in Sri Lanka? I simply want to receive text msgs while travelling to Sri Lanka. For Example- the OTP pin number to login when logging in to websites.

  • radarsun Andrew (@radarsun) reported

@CRTCeng it's not in the publics interest to let one of the big 3 @rogers buy Shaw. The customer loses on this. @FreedomMobile will be dissolved or jacked up. (I hope not) but doubt it. Letting this pass removed competition. Sad day

@FreedomMobile Is there an email or something I can message? It's not a complaint per-se, but a general service feedback sort of thing I'd really like to try and get in front of the suits, or as far as consumer channels go, anyhow. Your CCTS/Contact us page is kinda borked...

  • whyte_wolfe TheBurningWolf (@whyte_wolfe) reported

@FreedomMobile First of all, if someone pays a suspended phone line without your damn help, dont charge them. Second, ive seen better service back in 2007 inside underground parking lots. Third: when you get paid for A MONTHS SERVICE it is not legal to manipulate the service and you lie in T&C

  • mamadou23254893 BIG M🐐 (@mamadou23254893) reported

@FreedomMobile I will be filing a complaint to the Ontario’s privacy commissioner and will follow through.

  • whyte_wolfe TheBurningWolf (@whyte_wolfe) reported

@FreedomMobile you lie bc you still imply you will give a consumer their full 30 days from the time they pay, no clauses, but yet everytime i pay end of the month my service cuts on the 17th and nobody at freedom mentions this to new customers, because they always get told its illegal, & it is!

@freedomsupport Hi there, I'm looking at possibly switching to your service and bringing two devices with me. Do you still support a Samsung Galaxy S7 and an iPhone 8 for BYOD?
