Did not appreciate it and I did let her know about it and asked for her Supervisor but of course, was kept on hold till neverland so I hung up. There's really no point in me going back to this now. Fed up and tired.

Scherer (@tuscherer) reportedThe Root Cause of the issue needs to be looked into. I have explained severally but all your @FreedomMobile agents seem to be so inexperienced and unskilled. I’ve been using the line since 2010 and all of a sudden, the CRAZY bill just popped up.

Got connected to an agent from the messaging platform that takes 10-15 minutes to respond on each message. It’s been over an hour talking to the guy and he’s still asking basic questions. So ridiculous!
