    @FreedomMobile My grandparents are stuck in Dubai International Airport and there was a drone strike and their relying on Freedom to communicate since Wi-Fi is down but Freedom Support refused to provide them with roaming service waived or any help! Can you guys help please?

    @FreedomMobile I got home internet from you guys mid February and it was decent, but since my payment from March went through it's been horrible. Its like 90s dial up speeds with things not working. What do I do?

    Hello @FreedomMobile I bought an IPhone XS Max from you as a customer and have since paid off the phone however the phone is till locked to freedom mobile after all these years. I have visited your service center and called tech support countless times.

    @FreedomMobile How does anyone get a hold of a person? Been trying all day and can't get anyone to respond. Got a text last night saying my account was 85% of it's credit... This morning text about account suspended for unpaid balance. I'm on Auto pay! 5 phones not working
