    @FreedomMobile I have skipped a day decorating before. Though, setting up the lights (on the ceiling) and never taking 'em down again, and leaving them running 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, 365 days a year (despite what the manufacturer claimed would cause a fire - they're LED).

    @FreedomMobile does not refund pre-paid accounts. They keep the money if you cancel early. Robbers!!

    @freedomsupport Only 3G signal at Windsor, ON Metropolitan Hospital. Maps says LTE coverage. Are you aware of this and what are you doing to correct the issue?

    @FreedomMobile What does it take to get someone to call you back after an issue has been escalated? I have been waiting 3 weeks for a call back from a manager. In the meantime I have spoken to multiple agents and none of them have been able to resolve the service issues.
