@freedomsupport terrible support. On hold for hours be given a deal and have it taken always. Walk away from kudo bc u give a better offer and reneg. Terrible. Supervisors leave incoherent voicemails with no return number. What is this?

Had the worst ever experience with @FreedomMobile and will never be using their services again as well as getting my family off of their services. They flagged my account for "excessive texting" and locked me out of texting for an entire month.

@freedomsupport Very frustrating that you wouldn’t be able to offer anything at all, even to meet me part way, for a loyalty customer who wants to stay with Freedom but you make it difficult. Perhaps you could reconsider please?

Hey @freedomsupport I requested my old auto pay setup and number to be removed - you have still debited my account for 3 months after this request, every time I phone customer support they tell me it is removed and cancelled but I am still being debited! WTF is going on?
