    @FreedomMobile FreedomMobile you suck! Home internet with you has been a horrible experience. * Daily outages. * On the third modem in under year. Internet has been out for 2 weeks . * Customer service is pathetic and no resolution to issue. * 1 hour with customer service and I was bounced around between 5 people. Because of your worthless internet I used up my mobile data, trying to get that corrected and I was told β€œ buy more data” Why would I pay more when I’m already not getting what I paid for ? CRTC has my two complaints.

    @FreedomMobile hi- ever since I switched to freedom a month ago I can't receive or send group texts. Your support is telling me freedom will not work with text groups of 10 people or more. Is this true??

    Hey @FreedomMobile... just filed a formal complaint to the CCTS on you. 16 years as a loyal customer and you wrongly shut my phone off due to an "unpaid balance" that wasn't posted until yesterday, and shows DUE MARCH 19. Your customer service reps were no help.

    @Kotaku WTF is up with the unclosable @FreedomMobile ad on your website? The little X to close ad doesn't do jack **** so rather than wasting my time (I'm already a FM client), I had no other choice but to leave the site & not read the content I opened on the first place. #BadWebDesign

    You guys have the worst service @FreedomMobile, I tried to switch from Rogers to your carrier, no. was not even ported to Freedom, I went to the store, they also cancelled the service after 6 days and you guys already deducted my $88.48 from my auto payment. Are you refunding?
