    @freedomsupport With Freedom, brought my own phone. Told my phone will work with freedom. My cell phone works everywhere but my home. Called multiple times and have been to a store multiple times. No one can help me. Just told they don't know why.

    .@freedomsupport PLEASE let your customers disable the forced connections to the awful ShawPasspoint hotspots. In a big city it makes walking around with your phone annoying and unusable. I've been with Freedom for two years and happy other than this. It will make me leave :(

    @freedomsupport I want to cancel my service, I am out of your service region and freedom will not cancel. Its pay as you go, my own phone and a tablet whose contract is over
