    @FreedomMobile wr have had an issue with how leaving your team was handled by the location we dealt with. We advised them our plans all along and they advised us the proper steps to take. Now they are charging us. #CustomerComplaint #customerservicefail

    @FreedomMobile just ended the call with Aya c10480. After 2h, still got scummed by your company. Never again! No more talks! Folks - do not sign with FreedomMobile especially the prepaid services.

    @FreedomMobile I do not recommend this network to anyone in Canada. After bombarding me to converting marketing emails, I visited their stall at Fairview Mall in Don Mills Toronto- guess the worst experience I had from the sales man in the store he wanted to beat up bse I over questioned him.

    @JTkksmom @FreedomMobile Why? Because they are headquartered in Quebec. My vast experience with Quebec based companies is extremely poor. I try to avoid at all cost.

    Hello @FreedomMobile I bought an IPhone XS Max from you as a customer and have since paid off the phone however the phone is till locked to freedom mobile after all these years. I have visited your service center and called tech support countless times.
