    @freedomsupport I explained what the problem is, and I keep getting these generic messages. I don't want to DM you. I want you to check & see why I can get nationwide data access at full speed, but despite having a gig of data left that gets renewed tomorrow, on freedom, I get nothing.

    @FreedomMobile agents have redefined the true meaning of unprofessionalism this morning. I didn't think getting a service tech would be as hard as rocket science.

    @Crackmacs @koodo @FreedomMobile I loath Freedom because they made it unconscionably difficult to close my Mom's account after she died. You can do anything online with Freedom INCLUDING CHANGING CREDIT CARD INFO - except cancel their service. That required sitting on hold for an hour and then being refused.

    Question @Spotify - I have a family account and just got a new @LGCanada Velvet through @FreedomMobile Ever since I got the new phone, the app won't work. I've tried all troubleshooting options I can think of. How do I fix this? Do I need to bring my new phone in?

    @FreedomMobile you charged me $101.20 for your agents mistake for roaming. According to the ctc you can only charge a max of $100. Fix my bill

    @freedomsupport Interesting. I've never been with Freedom Mobile. Not unless you absorbed Wind Mobile years ago???That's the only other cell company I've ever been with.
