The reason for service refusal one can surmise is because @FreedomMobile would rather focus on new biz. Which gives comission over serving existing customers and customers are supposed to be free to visit store mutliple times while their execs. Are busy. #freedom #fromfreedom

@FreedomMobile "Their customer service is really poor. They have no idea what is going on and they don't know the answer of 99 percent of customer's questions." #SCAMDEMIC2020

@FreedomMobile Terrible service. No one is able to help me . I have connectivity issues in my house. The phone calls drop. Already spoken to technical support and management over half a dozen time. Big on promises with no effort to deliver. Do not fall prey to cheap service

@freedomsupport Okay. And then the only other issue I may run into is when I switched I switched to one of these company’s that add you to a business plan kinda weird thing. I don’t know how it works. If I get them to give me the account number I should be able to port back my number I assume

@RadicalLynx @Raidin_Blue Yes, I too am on the @freedommobile Holiday Miracle plan and have had it for ages. While I've been a loyal customer for a decade I'd like to have more than 5gb of data. Looks like I'll have to change carriers as my loyalty is seen as a bug, not a feature.

@freedomsupport Yeah so i was on pre paid. Or post paid? Use the service then pay. Whatever that ones called. I would like to go back to that if I could. With a E-Sim do I have to do this in store? Looking for the BYOP 20gig for $45
