@freedomsupport These options were not offered and trust me when I say a credit check wouldn't be an issue. Your company stated if I wanted it brought to a store I had to pay $100 as a inventory deposit. Yet if I order it online I can get it for free and suggested I go home and order it online

@freedomsupport hey @FidoSolutions do you guys have customers waiting 6 months to get issues resolved or to speak to mangers oh do you also train customer service to be rude ad hang up on customer and to speak over them

@FreedomMobile Been a customer for at least 5 years, service was bad then, stuck with then thinking it would get better , just **** now don't even get a signal at home now ! **** you freedon put up with this bullshit long enough

  • Evil_Streak Evil-Streak (@Evil_Streak) reported

@FreedomMobile I have gone to several of your locations and no location has it yet all demand a $100 deposit for me to order it. So much for zero down. I guess my years of being a customer isn't good enough to have an item brought into a store for me

  • Lord_Neko_ Lord Neko (@Lord_Neko_) reported

@FreedomMobile The customer service this company provides is beyond terrible. After being on hold for 30 minutes, I tried the text option. Text made me wait another 25 minutes for an "agent" that won't confirm they are human. #freedommobile

  • noeldrawsstuff Noel Draws Stuff (@noeldrawsstuff) reported

I was really surprised by @FreedomMobile’s service range. I was in St Catherines all day and could not get any service at Sunset Beach.

  • Nisha_Photos Nisha Purushothaman (@Nisha_Photos) reported

The biggest mistake I have done is choosing #FreedomMobile as my phone connection. Their support team - @freedomsupport - is an absolute failure. I am trying to change my address for two weeks. two weeks ago they said it's done... but not done yet... anyone got any suggestions...

  • fola22habibi Zina 22🇨🇦 (@fola22habibi) reported

@FreedomMobile They charged us $35 activation fee in store . This fee is waived for new customer can you confirm that?

  • rimachoueiri Rima Choueiri (@rimachoueiri) reported

@FreedomMobile No different than any other network other than slower network speeds, dead zones, and oh yeah, surprise roaming charges. Their bait-and-switch referral program is so convoluted and needs to be better communicated esp from a communication company - such a joke.
