    @FreedomMobile been charged 2 x $30 connection fees for my phone and Apple Watch. Was told that setting up my watch would be free and I would not be charged $10 monthly. However I’ve been charged $42 total this month. Please rectify as customer service aren’t helping. Thanks

    @FreedomMobile hi do you have a network problem in the York region? Calls are garbled and they drop suddenly. Happened multiple times since morning.

    @freedomsupport I'm not reaching out to you I've called multiple times nothing gets fixed and done about how **** and unreliable the network is. I get accused of changing settings which haven't been touched. Just letting people know Freedom is **** and pay more to go with a different company

    @freedomsupport hi, I bought 3GB of nation wide addons less than 24 hours ago… and now it’s all gone. I normally don’t even use 3GB in a whole month. I went to buy another add on but now it won’t let me. Can you help?

    @freedomsupport I didn't ask for a response your network is awful and service is ****. I've called over 10 times in a little over a year its a waste or time you do nothing about the issue except ask if I changed settings. Freedom is **** I can't wait to leave I will pay more with Fido

    @freedomsupport That is absolute garbage and you know it. So now my phone is off and I have to possibly wait 5 days for it to be back on? You guys could have atleast sent out a text saying this payment option won’t be available. Now I’m screwed with no phone. Thanks. Definitely changing service
