@Climate_Pete @FreedomMobile I've been with Public Mobile for a few years now and they've been great. Telus network without Telus prices.

I suspect the data outage is related to a ddos attack, and those are one heck of a cruel way to disrupt service. Whoever is behind it, likely got bribed. Compromised botnet is likely behind it. @freedomsupport

@freedomsupport It's been over three weeks. How long does it take someone to open a database table, uncheck a box, and press save? @Bell how long would it take you to unblock a customer's text messaging if flagged by accident?

@DelroyDyer89 @FreedomMobile Likely due to freedom mobile's data network being hit by a ddos attack, it'll draw from the other allotment. Yes, it sucks. This does happen.

@FreedomMobile I just got an angry email over $5 with a threat to shut my service off. Your service is garbage and you have the gall to threaten with service dispruption over $5 instead of just tacking it onto the next bill? I'm 100% done with your **** service.

@freedomsupport Sure. This will be the fourth time I've called in for this issue. My time has no value.

@Climate_Pete @FreedomMobile I really like Virgin (aka Bell). Never had an issue with service and I get a ton of free things? They often send out 2 for 1 tickets to the movies etc.

@FreedomMobile I paid off the phone and the service still active. What a scam.
