@freedomsupport Nevermind -- just fix your damn system please? Telling me to *leave my house* (hint: that's part of the problem) to find a dedicated Freedom kiosk\retailer to buy a top-up card at *that* store is just saying "Find a different store if you don't like that store." 🤦

@RogersHelps No point in lying about how I feel about the company — (I know you are just the social media person, certainly not your fault personally) It’s why I switched my cellphone from Rogers to @FreedomMobile Better or same service, way less money. Competition helps us all

When I have 10GB data added in my plan one year ago I confirmed if they charged me extra for that but customer service said @FreedomMobile randomly select customers and give them bonus data as complimentary. it’s not stick with plan so not charge and now they removed bonus data.

@freedomsupport COURTESY?!?!? You tried to steal from me. It’s not a courtesy, it’s my money you agreed not to steal! You’ve lost me as a customer. 2/2

@freedomsupport This was an ongoing issue from yesterday and I am waiting for an update. Apparently it was happening to multiple customers.

@AnthonyLacavera @FreedomMobile What we pay for cellular service in Canada is absolutely ridiculous & consumer robbery! We pay an exuberant amount more than other countries...consumer protections & control need to be put in place. It's no better than our auto insurance issues...

@FreedomMobile I tried to set up a plan with you but your local provider here got closed down cos the branch owner didn't pay rent

@AureliaCotta @RogersHelps @FreedomMobile Freedom doesn't offer the *same service as Rogers, though. Freedom Mobile is still a regional provider. Their 'Nationwide' network is roaming on the other networks like Rogers. Note the limited data when not on Freedom network. Rogers offers true Nationwide service

@freedomsupport I already spoke with a customer service rep last night, after trying multiple credit cards & every mobile & desktop browser available and was told "You'll have to get a top-up code from the store, bye!" & I've been trying again today, since the store isn't an option.

Just swapped from @FreedomMobile to @Rogers Wireless. It's weird having service at home and being able to use the data that I pay for instead of being told "Page failed to load". Getting text messages in under 6 hours is also nice.
