I'm getting close to my second hour of waiting in messaging queue to address a billing discrepancy with @FreedomMobile and wowo, they must be swamped today. I feel for the customer service reps. I just want to go vote, but... in queue. :(

Either the CSR is unable to do anything useful, or @FreedomMobile is screwing her over intentionally. Neither one is good for phones. DO NOT use Freedom, unless you want to spend literal hours contesting the offers they promised and never applied.

@freedomsupport very cool how Freedom keeps charging me despite cancelling service months ago—customer service has been hilariously unhelpful!

@freedomsupport data speed has been below 1.0 Mbps all day. Really frustrating since im in a part of Toronto (Beaches) where the internet is down due to hydro repairs. I called tech support, followed all the trouble shooting... apparently escalation will take 3-5 business days?!

@freedomsupport been over 6 months trying to get a hold of someone higher then a manager . Why is it in your policy to give no time frame or day or anything for someone higher then a manager to contact customer.

@freedomsupport No one at your company can provide me with a tracking number and Fedex states my tracking number is not valid that was provided via email. Can someone please help me? This is super frustrating.

@freedomsupport These options were not offered and trust me when I say a credit check wouldn't be an issue. Your company stated if I wanted it brought to a store I had to pay $100 as a inventory deposit. Yet if I order it online I can get it for free and suggested I go home and order it online

@FreedomMobile No different than any other network other than slower network speeds, dead zones, and oh yeah, surprise roaming charges. Their bait-and-switch referral program is so convoluted and needs to be better communicated esp from a communication company - such a joke.

@FreedomMobile it has been over 2 years sense I asked this but why do you still not carry the Galaxy watch, you said it was coming soon same as 5G and years later still no improvement in coverage or products. Think it's time to return to a real phone service provider
