@FreedomMobile I don't understand if your customer executives are capable enough to understand the query from the customer. I have asked for a better plan and your executive ended up changing the plan to a higher amount, what kind of service is this? #FreedomMobile

@freedomsupport This is what I thought!! You really should have the people that work for you know this too.. They were about to loose a loyal customer telling her that there is no service for her phone here!! She was looking for other cell companies!!! Don't you train your employees??

@freedomsupport Freedom Mobile's favorite tactic is to have their store employee's trick people into taking terrible new contracts that end up costing the consumer double. All- Do NOT get a phone upgrade that forces you into a new contract with freedom mobile. Get the phone elsewhere.

@freedomsupport @Apple And @Apple asked that I take it back to Freedom Mobile. After exhausting everything I could, I think I will be needing the help of the media and a good lawyer to see this through this.

@FreedomMobile when I called on your customer care number, they are saying it is not possible to revert back to the previous plan.

@MrBradley101 @FreedomMobile I'm over billed (as nationwide) nearly every single month because the network coverage is not as described on their own website. Customer service regularly takes 45 mins to an hour. And they drag it out deliberately...so people give up.

@FreedomMobile Does customer service use another measure for time? 5 min hold is nearing 30. The issue again is over billing as out of network, when all calls are within the network. #regularoccurance #

Oh @FreedomMobile you need to finally break down the wall and let us use our phones everywhere in Canada. @Videotron only operates in Quebec; yet they have national data built into their plans. And I don’t mean the tiny buckets of 500mb you give us…. Sigh.
