@freedomsupport I changed my name with Freedom 18 months ago and yet tech support still expects my deadname. What gives? Normally they're understanding but a tech agent just refused me service over it. On top of that, my manage account page hasn't worked in over a year.

@FreedomMobile I was thinking how come @FreedomMobile has cheap plans. Now i know because their lte network is even worst then 3g in Toronto lol
