Geoff Larsen (@GeoffLarsen) reported@FreedomMobile Take me back to before internet. 3 weeks after you force me to convert to Videotron there is now an outage. This isn’t acceptable. I work from home and now can’t work. Do better.
-
David bristow (@Davidbr14133727) reported@FreedomMobile I'm having connectivity issues with my Motorola e15
-
MaxNPV (@TheMaxNPV) reported@GTM618 @FreedomMobile That’s the tricky part of visiting Niagara Falls - easy for phones to switch to the US carriers. I was there 2 weeks ago and all our Bell phones did the same thing. With Freedom I always found messaging from iPhone to be pretty responsive for support.
-
Keith (@Keithito) reported@FreedomMobile is there no way to actually contact support right now? Can't get a reply through any text platform and on hold for 40 minutes on the phone
-
norvan man (@luptyd) reported@FreedomMobile It's now been a week of constant daily outages and your customer service has done nothing to resolve the issues I am experiencing. I am having to use my mobile as a hotspot because you can't deliver service. Whatever changes you have made lately have failed miserably.

Jack (@jbn_jack) reported@FreedomMobile Wow , my wife cannot even receive phone calls and all Freedom will do is a $10 month discount . Works perfect in Edmonton , but #Camrose it sucks . More Customers , lack of infrastructure = terrible service #FreedomMobile
-
Heynow (@heynow19951) reported@FreedomMobile next step will be to move all my lines to Roger’s and pay the penalty with freedom. That’s how disappointed in this company who is willing to loose a customer of 6 years
-
Farhan Z (@Far4Truth) reported@CRTCeng Finally. It has been long due. Telcos have been charging it to exploit customers further, although the plans pricing is still high compared to rest of the world but thanks for @FreedomMobile, at least now overall service providers charge less than what they used to few years ago

Tekin Ozkurt (@TekinOzkur15081) reported@FreedomMobile Ok I pay more as a exsisting customer
