@freedomsupport I have 2 other phones with bell and not a single issue in the 5 years with them. Freedom wants to argue with there customers and pretty much tell us we are wrong all the time.

Very bad customer service from @FreedomMobile went to 2 different stores 3 times to transfer ownership of a line to another person (both of us present) and were told they can’t do it. Told us to call 611 which I did and they are telling me to go to store.

@ShawInfo needs to sell @FreedomMobile at a discount. They have neglected the network. It's unacceptable that in this day and age rain interrupts mobile data.

@AnthonyLacavera @FreedomMobile @WINDmobile Wind was great value over the other players. Yeah, there were some problems with dead zones but as the infrastructure was built up these were less of an issue. Was sorry to see the company acquired by Shaw. Hope your bid to reacquire is successful.

@FreedomMobile so your supervisor solution to me loosing signal in my city was for me to drive back to the spot where I lost reception and call him back.... do you see what's wrong with this solution?? I have called multiple times about my service issues to get the runaround.

@freedomsupport Only models with "U" can't do VoLTE. My phone is SM-G950W I currently use VoLTE and have it enabled on my phone. I have used it while roaming in the past as well. So when you say "not eligible" what means @FreedomMobile won't support it?
