Today is my last day of being a customer of @FreedomMobile. Changing my account name should not be harder than cancelling my service and arranging service with one of your competitors. The manager at my local store was apathetic and told me to visit a different store. So I will.

  • beingahumaan mukadder (@beingahumaan) reported

@FreedomMobile I'm a very easy customer. Very. Freedom is hands down the worst business of any type I've used in decades, since AOL. Every month you shut my phone off. Every. SIngle. Month. Your system is broken. Your customer service is an offensive joke. What an embarrassing organization.

  • notommorowkiss Howie (@notommorowkiss) reported

@FreedomMobile quality sucks bad service, please close down this pathetic company, literally the worst provider in all of Canada

  • Mike_Boldis FSD Tesla Student (@Mike_Boldis) reported

@FreedomMobile If I want to test your coverage and signal can I just buy a prepaid SIM? It has the same network as all the other plans right?

  • Rootbrian_ GNU/Linux-using Rootbrian's updates and thoughts (@Rootbrian_) reported

@HODLSFMV2 @FreedomMobile They aren't if you have a compatible device. Wi-Fi calling solves the need for a signal booster (as long as you have internet service at home, where signal cannot get inside), voLTE solves the need for your device to fall back to 3G for voice calls. Both don't cost a thing.
