@FreedomMobile appears to have some actually reasonable plans, however, the larger data potion of their plans is only applicable within their network's unfortunately rather limited coverage area, within the nationwide coverage area... Not as compelling an offering.

@FreedomMobile, I've tried to play nice for 3 yrs, but I'm moving. Coverage has been brutal + tech support has pushed me off multiple times. 3 people in my house + know of at least 5 others that are moving bc of poor coverage. It's embarrassing trying to have a (1/2)

@FreedomMobile just lost 2 customers in one day. Never have I ever experienced such poor customer service. Been there since Wind. What a shame. Resolution was to wait 7 days on their end for my phone issues to be resolved.

so was talking to someone from @freedomsupport about my issues with upgrading online and was told no i can not do it online i am not eligible due to a recent billing delay? i have to go instore. now tell me how can someone do that when my city is on lockdown?? makes no sense.

So much can be said about a company by the way they handle a situation from the top. Something we learned from @FreedomMobile and indirectly their parent company Shaw. FYI the one thing that you never do in a call centre with a customer is bring up religion on the call.
