So figured it out myself by a simple Google search while the @FreedomMobile customer service agent basically told me she doesn’t know how to switch to a new SIM card and asked me to hold to transfer me to level two technical help. Then hung up 👎🏾#badcustomerservice #fixitjesus

At @FreedomMobile I will. Not pay for services NOT PROVIDED (.) I HAVE SPOKEN TO YOUR REPRESENTATIVE AT 611 & I AM TOTALLY DISSATISFIED WITH THE LACK OF SERVICE (.) I won't be paying for services I don't receive on two phones (.)

@freedomsupport I have not had difficulty. Your company decides to make little rules so I cannot. Even though I get sent offers right to me by mail and email. You send me offers on products you know I just bought, then deny me the offer. Really rude. I pay $200/mnth to you guys and get nothing
