    Hello @FreedomMobile I bought an IPhone XS Max from you as a customer and have since paid off the phone however the phone is till locked to freedom mobile after all these years. I have visited your service center and called tech support countless times.

    Hey @FreedomMobile... just filed a formal complaint to the CCTS on you. 16 years as a loyal customer and you wrongly shut my phone off due to an "unpaid balance" that wasn't posted until yesterday, and shows DUE MARCH 19. Your customer service reps were no help.

    @FreedomMobile Forced Auto-Payment upon me a Customer of over 10 year's, when I came in to grab a new Google Pixel 10. I refused he wouldn't sell me the phone. So I left. ****** business.
