    @FreedomMobile @freedomsupport - I am having hard time with the customer care service. I have been told at store that activation fees will be waived off after talking to customer care but no one is listening. I trusted your store and now it is going nowhere. Can someone help ?

    @FreedomMobile way to make it next to impossible to close any internet account ever , use our fast messaging service , takes about 4 min per reply. I’m sure 30% of freedoms customers are just people who still pay their Bill cause they can’t get through to cancel .

    @freedomsupport if my safety is your priority you shouldn't need more than 24hrs but you took 1 week and now you are extending it for another week ignoring the incident that happened to me last time and I wasn't able to use my phone to call the hospital while I m next to my daughter!

    @FreedomMobile I am not satisfied with your service and billing you charged activation fee in first bill but when you sell the person said we don’t charge from you I will left freedom soon bad experience 😒

    @freedomsupport Been over a year now. Any idea when your service will be good in Niagara on the lake. Tech team said last February it would be a year to 14 months. Any update ???
