@freedomsupport Why did you wait almost 5 hours to report an update? You could have probably avoided thousands of calls to your technical department.....I was in Scarborough and all the way to Hamilton and the service is down since 9am.

@freedomsupport So everyone that deals with freedom they're not trying to get it back service because I had a customer service rep they won't even reimburse or compensate people that pay for data and I just lost a whole day's work and they said well that's not our problem that's yours

@freedomsupport I am with freedom mobile almost 2 years and i am counting these few days left to get the f out of freedom mobile ! GARBAGE ! i live in ottawa and half if time i have no data ! Usless 😡😡 DO NOT FALL FOR BIG DATA
