    @freedomsupport It doesn’t seem like normal protocol to me when I have spent over 6 plus hours on the phone plus having to go to a Freedom store for security issues that keep happening over and over again. Last time I was credited why not this time?

    Hey @freedomsupport @FreedomMobile My account +1 226 5078470 is billed Incorrectly. Payment deducted from my credit card automatically. While talking with Support They said Your refund is processed and you will get back within 5 working days. It's been 10 days but no resolution.

    @FreedomMobile why do accounts get put into 4 month upgrade lockout for late payment? And why isn't this made clear in the payment due SMS? I don't use pre auth because I want to see the payment amount each month. I assumed the worst case was a late fee.

    @FreedomMobile I've now been disconnected FOUR TIMES on The Freedom website trying to order a sim card and sign up for services. I'll literally be in the middle of typing a message and they disconnect. Piss poor customer service, AWFUL first impression. I'll have to go elsewhere

    @FreedomMobile very bad experience with your support team. being a customer for 12 years ! and was not just treated badly, the agent insisted that i am not authorized on my own account ! and without my consent locked me out !
