@freedomsupport Very frustrating that you wouldn’t be able to offer anything at all, even to meet me part way, for a loyalty customer who wants to stay with Freedom but you make it difficult. Perhaps you could reconsider please?

@FreedomMobile @freedomsupport I’ve received the WORST customer service both instore and on the phone. Over a week I’ve been trying to upgrade my phone and plan and have been given nothing but the run around.

Wow, I think @FreedomMobile may have the worst service. Tried to upgrade my phone went to the store they refused to help, went online and they also refused to help. Guess no upgrade for me and no more money for them! 🥰
