    @freedomsupport Every month you shut my phone off. Every month. I call every month and get spoken to like I'm a child by some middle eastern rep. First company I've ever seen that can't successfully charge a customer. I have to waste 2 hours every 15th to explain this. What a sad joke Freedom is

    @freedomsupport you guys mistakenly billed me for over $100 in roaming data fees when I had a roaming data package and got refunded. I'm still being billed roaming data charges when I have a package. I'm in the USA and bought 1gb of data that I've not used up Wtf?

    @freedomsupport I need to cancel. I'm not getting the service I pay for. I can't even make a phone call on the road without it dropping. It's just not a service you buy if you need a phone.

    @FreedomMobile I am amazed by the response your customer sevi ve or your store guys give. I applied for a pre preset of iPhone pro 14 and when I calm customer today they say they have no idea, I call the store that I did pre order from they say they have no idea. Amazing…

    @crvnts_minnie @FreedomMobile Freedom, I'm NOT really happy when one of your relations staff makes me an offer in a chat (which I have record of), only to be told later by another of your relations star that it can't be done. NEVER have I experienced anything like that with any relations department! 😱 😡🤔
