@freedomsupport is not able to help customers in case of spoofing the only way out is changing the number which if not a good resolution at all.

Your team wasted 4 hours of my time and gave me an offer that didn't exist. Please avoid freedom at all costs. They're barely cheaper than the other guys but the service is much worse. @freedomsupport

@Fidomobile @FidoSolutions You need to work on your voicemail service. It does not say day and time when the message was left. And after saving 3 messages it start saying your voice message storage is full. I used to have @FreedomMobile , they have far better voicemail service.

@TELUSsupport Thank u @TELUSsupport for coming through. @FreedomMobile has absolutely NO costumer loyalty. I've been a customer for more than 10yrs and clearly they dont care if I switch carriers so I'm going to be calling you after I get off work today. I hope I can switch over to you asap🤞🏾

  • QuantaviusSilky Quantavius Silky (@QuantaviusSilky) reported

@freedomsupport I'm finally leaving Freedom after 11 years. Your loyalty team called me and gave me a discount upgrade offer. After 90 mins of the store clerk arguing with your support team, I was fed up and went to a different store where the same thing happened

I'm sick and tired of @chatrmobile and their #badcustomerservice online and over the phone #ruderepresentatives #ignorant (10 years wasted) my service is always crashing paying $50+ for trash isn't worth it @FreedomMobile or @PublicMobile you think you can do better?

  • aryanoaks Mike Oxsolong (@aryanoaks) reported

@FreedomMobile what ******** is up with your coverage in Sherwood Park. One minute I have four bars LTE and the next it's two bars of 3G. And I didn't even leave my home. You guys got a little goblin deviously running around with the cell tower or something?

  • JustbeFRANK Richard Carmichael (@JustbeFRANK) reported

@freedomsupport how long should it take #CustomerService to resolve a problem @FreedomMobile ? Is it 3 hours? 3 days or 3 weeks? 6 months and counting.

  • Scotty_McQ Scott (@Scotty_McQ) reported

@freedomsupport Ah I checked Reddit and other users are confirming there is instead an issue. So I guess there is something going on as an fyi
