Otherwise you'll get hung up on, or dismissed in a polite way, as what just happened. 10+ years as a customer, and I would never treat anyone the way you did. If your home will not allow signal inside, there's Wi-Fi calling.

  @freedomsupport That is absolute garbage and you know it. So now my phone is off and I have to possibly wait 5 days for it to be back on? You guys could have atleast sent out a text saying this payment option won’t be available. Now I’m screwed with no phone. Thanks. Definitely changing service
