@freedomsupport can someone please explain why I’ve not been able to pay my bill since April 3?? I’m in a different country and haven’t had phone service for over 10 days. Customer service doesn’t care and keeps telling me it’s an issue on my end. Your system error, not mine!!

@freedomsupport I've used the same credit card to pay for many years until the issue occurred starting last month and this month. So it doesn't really make sense how and why it is happening still.

@FreedomMobile Now I am being offered only $100 by your customer care which is not acceptable at all. Customer care says they have authority to only give upto that amount and only back office can approve higher refund.

@freedomsupport what happened to the ability to pay for service through the account system? It's been fine until last month, and now I can't pay *at all* my province is in lockdown so I cant just go pay at the store either
