@FreedomMobile Most affordable shouldn’t equal to terrible customer service. Please train your staff on what Customer Service should be. The worst customer care I’ve ever experienced. Do better Freedom Mobile

@freedomsupport Well after speaking to 5 different people I was told nothing we can do. In a very rude manner actually. Can send the screen shot of it if you prefer.

@freedomsupport Yes we did, thanks for the support. It still doesn’t change the fact that advertising “$12/day” but not offering daily packages sounds deceptive to me…

@FreedomMobile thank you for taking my money and then suspending my service. Two hours of my time wasted and a refusal for a refund. Not very good customer service.

@FreedomMobile if I'm clearly in one of your coverage areas but consistently have your network fail and my phone reverts to roaming on Nationwide why is it me who suffers the loss of full speed roaming data access? It is not me choosing to roam, it is your network failing me.

@FreedomMobile I am very disappointed with your rules and regulations. I have been a customer since 2012 and wanted, this time, to bring a phone to you because you don't carry it (Samsung Galaxy FE 256 GB version). I am told I can't do this unless I change my plan.
