@freedomsupport hi! Is there some sort of network problem? I cannot send or receive texts and cannot make any calls. Really frustrating when my employer needs to reach me by phone and can’t get a hold of me.

  • NateDrescher Nathan A. Drescher (@NateDrescher) reported

So @Videotron now owns @FreedomMobile and is promising 5G across the network and prices 20% lower than the big three. Could this be the beginning of good things for #Canada?

  • asifintoronto Asif Hossain (@asifintoronto) reported

@JackGegg @FreedomMobile @Bell Perfect, I have no interest in leaving the city, therefore I shouldn't pay a higher phone bill for a network service I'm not using.

  • ReplicatorUnit STARFLEET REPLICATOR UNIT (PARODY) (@ReplicatorUnit) reported

@FreedomMobile so, now that you sold out - yet again - what will happen to our rate plans etc.? Will @Videotron use lube, when they take over our service etc? Will we get a choice on plans etc? We the users of #FreedomMobile need answers.

@freedomsupport DAMN that's a flex. You guys should be promoting that more in like every station?

  • rushtonrj Ryan Rushton (@rushtonrj) reported

Terrible experience with @FreedomMobile. Tried to order a phone plan for my son for CHRISTMAS and it still hasn't arrived. My wife has called MANY times and nobody has been helpful. They promised to call her back multiple times and never do. Hoping we can cancel the plan!

  • BodineWilliams B. Williams (@BodineWilliams) reported

@FreedomMobile How do I escalate a customer service complaint. Pls. do not tell me to phone the 800 number which is the problem.

  • tipeiomaserious Stan 🇿🇼🇨🇦🇺🇸 (@tipeiomaserious) reported

@FreedomMobile not happy with the level of service provided by your associates and your vendor Likewise. I need my phone repaired ASAP, mailing it in for repairs without a temp replacement is not an option. 10 year customer with 4 lines... 😞😞😞😞😞

  • hexagraeme Graeme 🟣 (@hexagraeme) reported

Don't let Rogers and the media gaslight you about there being no cell service on the subway. I frequently post from the subway. Canadians just seem to be in this horrific relationship with the Big 3. @FreedomMobile has always had amazing service on the subway.

  • MadLadMarcin #TrudeauMustGo - Constitutional Supremacist. 🇨🇦 (@MadLadMarcin) reported

@Crypto__0x @unusual_whales I used Wind because they were an outlier, cheap and offered the most data at the time. Then Shaw bought them, @FreedomMobile was the moniker they adopted. OK at first, but couple years later they performed typical shady telecom practices & pimped blatant lies from tech support…
