@freedomsupport been trying to login the app for the last 3 days, can't login even with the correct prin. I have reset it 3 times and still gives me an error- invalid pin, any ideas to fix this?

@freedomsupport Freedom Mobile's favorite tactic is to have their store employee's trick people into taking terrible new contracts that end up costing the consumer double. All- Do NOT get a phone upgrade that forces you into a new contract with freedom mobile. Get the phone elsewhere.

@FreedomMobile my service is unusable. In the GTA and always had perfect reception. Since a few months ago my phone loses reception, never has full bars, goes into SOS mode. Can’t remember the last time I saw LTE. Got a new sim and phone from freedom - nothing changed. 🤬😡🤯

  • wolfmoon1984 Leonardo Rothschild (@wolfmoon1984) reported

@freedomsupport My bill has doubled. I was told it would be an additional $15 month for the upgrade. I should have known. I could handle the awful coverage when my bill was cheaper, but now it's $140 for a GARBAGE service.

@freedomsupport In Ontario, Canada, your service won't facilitate texts and when I called you guys, you said it would take "3-5 business days". How is that acceptable and why should I remain with your company?
