    @freedomsupport I had the worst experience ever with freedom. The agents on whatsapp have no idea about plans. No rainchecks even if the mistake was of freedom agent. Terrible terrible experience. #freedommobilesucks

    @FreedomMobile What is happening with your coverage of the Niagara region? I’m in St Catharines, ON and went from having full bars to one bar of reception at home. Same for my husband. Is the company aware of the issue?

    @freedomsupport Hi, I canceled my ac back in early 2018 and suddenly two months ago I got a bill saying that I owed an equipment and now get a bill of $60. I told the CS lady that I returned everything back then, but then they asked me for the paper receipt from early 2018! Pls help.

    Googling your phone issue is 10000% better and more accurate than calling @FreedomMobile for any help. Their tech team stays hanging up on me after telling me to hold for tech team level two when level one can’t get it right😭😭😭

    Usually @FreedomMobile has fantastic customer service, but today was not good! Told the person what phone I wanted to get right off the bat… spent 30 minutes trying to set up the new phone and plan, had to MESSAGE a live agent while on the phone (was directed to)…
