    @freedomsupport Do you understand the word cash? I’m paying cash for a reason. My bank account is currently having issues. I don’t have a card to use right now. A fee for cash payments is discriminatory to lower income people too. Drop the fee. I shouldn’t have to pay extra to use it.

    @freedomsupport It doesn’t seem like normal protocol to me when I have spent over 6 plus hours on the phone plus having to go to a Freedom store for security issues that keep happening over and over again. Last time I was credited why not this time?

    @freedomsupport Lolol no that won't be happening. We've been fighting with y'all to fix your **** for years now, at this point we're ready to pull the plug and go elsewhere.
