    @SnapsMcCoy @FreedomMobile They cannot "fix" houses or buildings. Tell Wal-Mart to install signal booster equipment. Oh wait, they've got wireless network connections to a router in the store. Turn on Wi-Fi, setup wi-fi calling and make use of it IN the store.

    @freedomsupport The only solution that is satisfactory to me is what is already done Freedom mobile has lost a customer that was with you for over 6 years Amd lost him permanently now

    @freedomsupport Is your site having issues? It's refusing to bring up the 2FA dialog when I attempt to log in. Then it just says login failed. Would be cool if I could see my bill to pay it, thanks.

    Never order a phone online with @FreedomMobile @freedomsupport. My phone was sent to the wrong address and now I have the wait 2 more weeks on top of the 2 weeks I've waited for my new phone! Support call is useless. They just read off a script.

    @FreedomMobile WOW, talk about a rip off in overages fees for a bit of roaming in the US. +$220 for less than 100mb and 1hr call to a toll free. Stupid me for not getting a Tmobile sim for $25 and 10Gigs

    @FreedomMobile Hey freedom my account got canceled and I’ve visited the store and contacted the customer support multiple times. I’ve been trying to get my number Reactivated and I spent my whole weekend on this but nobody couldn’t help. What should I do?

    @freedomsupport No need - I've opted to cancel both of my lines with Freedom. I found a carrier who knows what ******** they're doing.
