@freedomsupport I already have a ticket for the issue I wanted to spread the word since your company were aware enough of the situation to offer a fix but not responsible enough to warn your customers of the very serious problem! What up with that?!

@FreedomMobile You know what’s not big gig energy? Forcing iPhone users (maybe android) to use ShawPasspoint and ShawMobileHotspot with no way of removing them so they auto connect. Just another of bad user experience that seems to be a ‘feature’.

@FreedomMobile So not sure what exactly the problem but my phone of just 13 months is so bad. Like turning off on it's own sometimes upwards of 3 times a day. I love Freedom but I haaate this phone.

@freedomsupport .Investigate this for EVERYONE! There's no way u guys wouldnt be held somewhat responsible if someone died because there was an issue dialing 911 from the @FreedomMobile network This is an issue that ur company is aware of now & a notice to the public is necessary #publichealth
