In a big city it makes walking around with your phone annoying and unusable. I've been with Freedom for two years and happy other than this. It will make me leave :(

I know Freedom is just competing for their own seat at the table of the Telecom oligopoly, but lately you’ve made absolutely zero efforts to improve your service, and your plans no longer compete with any of the 6 other companies offering big gig and 5G.
