@freedomsupport @JF_Viljoen I have Iphone 12 and it doesnt work anywhere. Called your customer service and was told that Iphone 12 and 13 dont work for majority of your customers. Why would you sell these phones and charge customers $100 per month without providing any service. THis should be illegal, imo.

@FreedomMobile I need to cancel my prepaid home internet and only option i have is messaging or to go to the store. Messaging absolutely doesn't work for me and takes a long time. Going to store not possible as i am out. Why calling is not an option?

@freedomsupport I was told many times by your employees 5G is coming...Now your employee tells me the 5G network is on HOLD. Get your facts straight. I will continue to inform people as I got ripped off.
