I paid for a US roaming add on and @freedommobile charged me over $400 in roaming charges that should be covered under the add on I purchased. I complained, they cut off my service without warning before my bill was due, made me pay $300 to remove the suspension. #crooks

@freedomsupport Expedited ticket past its SLA of 3-5 days. 10 days no result from the team. Ticket - FSR00321702. No refund was given either as its prepaid but cant use the service.

@Aella28 @Rogers @FreedomMobile My choice would be to have the government take back control of telecommunication in BC so we all have the same service and bill, no matter where we live in this province and we are not paying for naming rights of hockey rinks. Privatization has been an Epic failure for BC .

@FreedomMobile As suggested, I went to the store they said the Buyers remorse is not for prepaid. Replaced the sim and the issue (FSR00321702) still exists and the team has still not reached out to me let alone fixing the issue. Please fix or refund as I still cant use your service
