    ok i have my phone back after a month of not having it. so just so we are all aware @FreedomMobile sucks. my phone was gone for repairs from NOVEMBER 9th to DECEMBER 4th. My bill is $117/mo and I asked them if they could credit me for the month since i didn’t have my phone

    @FreedomMobile Not to mention being hung up on 3 times by technical support trying to figure out why my brand new phone from them can't even send a picture or watch YouTube on data. 20GB of unusable data

    @FreedomMobile Also why can you not just add my remaining mytab balance onto my bill? why do i have to pay a bill thats not due to pay my remaining balance? This frustrating service and policy just cost you a customer

    Seems @WalmartCanada is advertising certain new phones on the @FreedomMobile network will have 5G.... this is definitely not the case #keepingthemhonest

    @freedomsupport At least 5-6 times tried.. no help nothing .. just by responding like that trying to show yourself as a good company..

    @freedomsupport Hey! No clarity needed, I’ve already been on the phone with y’all on multiple occasions and have been told by supervisors and after waiting on a callback, a manager who literally can’t do anything for their customers nor do they care if you’ve been a customer for 5 years :)

    @FreedomMobile Maybe if you had towers. Just went back to Rogers. Zero issues. Zero dropped calls. Full LTE.
