    @freedomsupport @FreedomMobile Now when I try to call customer Care, they keep disconnecting my call after sometime automatically. I visited the Freedom store Fairway Mall Kitchener , They said we cannot do anything , it's a billing issue only handled by customer care service.

    Hey @freedomsupport last few weeks its been very hard to get pictures sent to me via text messages; didn't have any problems before that. They often take forever to download/multiple tries, or don't download at all. Any ideas?

    @freedomsupport It doesn’t seem like normal protocol to me when I have spent over 6 plus hours on the phone plus having to go to a Freedom store for security issues that keep happening over and over again. Last time I was credited why not this time?
