    @FreedomMobile I closed my acct. 8 months ago, paid the balance & have email confirmation. Why are you sending me a bill? I've tried to speak to customer service & no one will respond.

    @FreedomMobile I contacted you guys 4 hours ago about a very simple issue, my internet was working great but I couldn't reach one site, now my internet isn't working at all! I've been on WhatsApp for 4 hours with 2 of your techs and nothing! I'm disabled & work from home
