@freedomsupport Customer service on phone informed me they will not port a landline number to an existing Freedom service that has already had a number ported to it. Any ideas?

Thanks, @freedomsupport I know you always give me good service, finished product, I just think telecommunications is one of the least over-sighted industries. You guys need the government researching better programs to help people pay their bills and how to care for cell phones

In a Mexican standoff over the cell phone credit increase thing. @FreedomMobile says it's a creditor problem, bank says it's an @Equifax issue, they say there is no issue & says I should talk to the phone people. Someone has to know the answer to this! It's exhausting.

@freedomsupport Hers is on the "home" network as opposed to having access to "away" network. I didn't know if have to pay for a different/additional package for her to have mostly unencumbered service. Thanks for the reply.

@freedomsupport Got it. So in theory if I change phone/plan being an existing customer I shouldn't see a connection fee charge. In theory.
