  • Tedesco Tony Tedesco (he/him) (@Tedesco) reported

@dtcooper @freedomsupport If only. My bad. I didn’t rush to cancel his phone right away. You know, grief. Irony is if Mike didn’t pay his prepaid phone by 1st of month they would suspend the line immediately.

@AnthonyLacavera @globalive @FreedomMobile WIND was terrible and Freedom isn’t much better. Do you really think that having TELUS on board, while being at their mercy, is a good thing? They’ll still be competing for your customers…

  • Darren_G1 Darren G (@Darren_G1) reported

@freedomsupport what add on or one-time passes do you have that will help with my roaming in the UK for 2 weeks? I am a current freedom member so looking for as on options. What is the roaming rate $$ if I don't do any add ons? Thanks.

  • pmifsud Paul M (@pmifsud) reported

@freedomsupport Like I said in my pm to you. If you call me I will take you through the scenario Freedom botched. But in typical fashion your customer service does not call out. We’re done.

@FreedomMobile That's it. I've had enough. I've been a Freedom Mobile customer for 10 years now, and this is the last straw. I can't have my phone plan being run by a company that thinks that astrology is real. I'll be taking my business to a real company like @Rogers

  • AureliaCotta Aurelia Cotta (@AureliaCotta) reported

So @RogersHelps didn’t fix my cable. And want me to “wait” to get credit for the service I don’t have. 3 hours of back and forth, 😢 We all hate public complaints. Thing is, when I stopped complaining, I moved my cell service and went to @FreedomMobile and will never go back
