    So I upgraded from @FreedomMobile to @Rogers which costs me $30 more just for better network and its been a day since there is no network????? Shame.

    @freedomsupport day 2 of "server errors" when trying to make a phone call. Any incoming grts met with a busy tone (I am not on the phone at any point during this). Little hard to get things done when you cant contact anyone and they cant contact you.

    @freedomsupport Kind of garbage that as soon as I identify as trans to your customer support, all of a sudden I’m being put on hold and transferred between people that won’t help

    @Rogers Aaaah were it so simple. @Rogers Did you learn anything? Can/will this happen again? Have you heard about testing in a Sandbox. Test new software in a real instance not live across Canada. Prove update or a patch works b4 shutting down Canada. PS: Not a customer. @FreedomMobile

    @MosheBAppel @FreedomMobile Lucky you. Not sure what backbone they are on but it’s working, unlike Rogers. I don’t get how they can have such an extensive nationwide service disruption, this is critical infrastructure!

    @freedomsupport hello. Would you please send me the text number to report a fraudulent Text I just got. I can not remember it. And I just got a text saying a delivery couldn't be make to me due to payment issue. I haven't ordered anything online...
