@freedomsupport Are you getting complaints about LTE+ service? LTE+ shows on the phone but data is like dial up speed. Also phone going from LTE+ to 4G, back and forth while sitting in the same spot for lengths at a time. Not receiving emails for hours and then getting a bunch all at once...

@freedomsupport We tried everything yet no resolution. She is not able to make any calls, or use internet. She works at night and it’s important that she can at least contact. Don’t you think?

@MichaelMay21 @FreedomMobile I have been a customer for over 10+ years. I am their target consumer. I just don't depend on "apps" to do everything with my device, rather limit such uses to the web browser instead (apps load everything into an HTML Frame), from a website, using "android system webview".

@freedomsupport Instead of telling us how to contact you, which we already did, can you help her get the phone started immediately.

@jamesrcs @TELUS @FreedomMobile Ugh. Vodafone UK. Unlimited. £28.00. In London I never had a problem with a signal. 400 homes here, in our neighbourhood, next to no service.

@fonebone45 @FreedomMobile They have non-contract pay as you go flat rate per month...it's pretty much like Freedom, but with a much better network. Also, no fee to cancel. The difference is that if you go over your allotted data for the month, they just charge you($0.30 per MB)—no unusable throttling.
