    @FreedomMobile Hi, I had a prepaid account which expired because freedom mobile failed to execute auto pay on my card. The card is stilI valid and subsequent transactions of freedom mobile have passed without any problem. I had about $500 balance in the account and it was made 0

    @freedomsupport I have been struggling with my e-sim transfer. I haven't been able to use the wifi calling option since I migrated to e-sim. I'm going to switch to some other network if this isn't resolved in next 2 days or if I'm not given a proper resolution. Fed up of chasing you guys.

    @FreedomMobile is the worst phone company my phones been out since 5:30 can’t send texts and I’m working so I’ve been out 2 hours now I’m absolutely pissed. End of month new carrier 🙌
