@MAKHKHKHKHZOUMI @FreedomMobile Because their prices and value save thousands of dollars. I’m part of this outage but this is the first hiccup I’ve had with them in 6 or 7 years I’ve been with them. Compared to Rogers and Telus, freedom is far superior!

Friggin dealing with @FreedomMobile is driving me insane. Dealing with the same technical issue for months now with no meaningful assistance, and technical staff are locked behind call centre+triage+1st level support. UUUUUHHHHNNNNNNN

@FreedomMobile Take me back to before internet. 3 weeks after you force me to convert to Videotron there is now an outage. This isn’t acceptable. I work from home and now can’t work. Do better.

Soooo @FreedomMobile is down and you can’t reach their customer support. For folks working from home, this is nightmare scenario. 😩😩
