@FreedomMobile Hello, may I know if I can suspend my freedom mobile service for a month and a half until I am out of country? I hold a tab and can pay the my tab charge but I will not be using the call or internet service from outside Canada. Been with freedom 4 plus years.

@freedomsupport why aren't you guys offering the GB bonus to existing customers on existing lines in good standing? Same plan/price but the new customer will have 35GB and existing customer 15GB? Shame on you guys 😔

@freedomsupport Did you get remove the 'Absolute Zero' phones? I am unable to locate them on your site. I normally upgrade my phone every 2 years on boxing day. This year is coming up for renewal. Please help.

@daveobri @FreedomMobile @ChurchWellesley When I had to knock to get in, I understood bc maybe with covid capacity limits they’d only let a few people in at a time but when I saw an unmasked customer & turned around to leave, I found that the door was locked BOTH ways. They unlatched it remotely immediately but ZOIKS.
