    @FreedomMobile loyalty accounts for nothing with your company can’t believe I had to walk back out the door of one of your stores with the same broken phone. I walked in with because your representative refused to help me. time to give one of your competitors my money now.

    @FreedomMobile I closed my acct. 8 months ago, paid the balance & have email confirmation. Why are you sending me a bill? I've tried to speak to customer service & no one will respond.
