    @freedomsupport You're missing the point, I already reached out & wasted over 2 hrs of my time with service reps that have no clue. And of course, you're a communication company that can't call and communicate with your customers, how ironic is that! I'd like compensation for my time!

    @freedomsupport, I had extra balance on my freedom prepaid account, and before cancelling my account, I confirmed with customer care, that it will be refunded. But now even after 2 weeks, I am not getting my money back.

    @FreedomMobile Warning do not use Freedom Mobile. I have had the worst experience with them dealing with my late father in laws account. They refuse to provide a copy of the bill even after being provided a copy of the death certificate and Will. But did send the account to collection.

    @FreedomMobile took my money and they want me to be happy with getting half of it back. I cannot afford the charges for calls that were supposed to covered under my plan. But they hang on to every dime they can while everyone is struggling.@fordnation

    My data signal locates me out of Toronto, when I'm in Kingston, Ontario 🇨🇦. At first I thought, "ah, my IPV6 has kicked in. Then I realized, I wasn't on wifi. How does @FreedomMobile traffic it's telephony, and what owners towers do they rent broadcast transmission on?

    @freedomsupport I looked at the plans and spoke to agents plus chat on whatapp. Lack of knowledge, very frustrating, crappy service. I guess that how you retain your clients. Why don't you have a manager call me
