@FreedomMobile i would like to know why my end of month payment thru the app wasn’t “processed” yet came out of my bank acct. all month I’ve been topping up data through the app without any issue w pymt. It is a pandemic I would prefer to not have to go in store to pay.

I just got gas lit & treated rudely by @freedomsupport, I actually hung up on the service rep mid way through his sentence ... seriously folks who is your provider & are you happy with them? I am done with @FreedomMobile

@freedomsupport @francescsr no actually you've taken away all the things that made you great, it takes forever to get to a service rep & when I do they are rude & EXTREMELY limited on what they can offer, I only really get "good" support when I publicly angry tweet you
