    @FreedomMobile I’d like a number for the backend office, NO MATTER what I ask, you can’t won’t help me. Loyal customer since 2018. And no I do not want the loyalty department because loyalty is nothing to you. DM me with a direct number BACK END OFFICE! AND NOT AN EMAIL! 😤

    @FreedomMobile charged my partner (an ongoing customer) an activation fee when she purchased a new phone (from @FreedomMobile ) even though they did not give her a new number nor was a new SIM card used. I'm also a customer (but for how much longer?)

    @freedomsupport If not compatible so why should customer service agent told me that 40 Gb plan and 10 gb bonus which I already have from my previous plan total I got 50 gb. Because when I told her Fido offering me 50 gb then she gave me this plan
