    @FreedomMobile ahhh when your agents mention to one customer on the plan to wait to upgrade for this deal and not the other. Stuck with paying $122 compared to my original $65. Nice Freedom nice. People make sure to ask more than one agent because these guys are sneaky.

    @FreedomMobile I have been on queue for last 3 hours in whatsapp and none of your team joined me on chat. Very poor customer service. I tried to contact using phone call, but no one receiving call

    @freedomsupport I just upgraded my kid's plan to Freedom 2GB online. Site said that "new and existing customers" get bonus data, but the fine print says it doesn't apply if I change plans online? Seems kind of dumb, can we fix that so he gets the bonus data?
