@FreedomMobile @Videotron @Quebecor Well you can access my account all you want but it’s an issue on your end, not mine. It’s most likely a tower issue or something. Idk. I don’t work for the telecoms. I have great reception on many of the side streets connecting to Quebec as I drove many of them but not all.

@deanholden0 @FreedomMobile True. I moved to Sarnia and the coverage is ****, no Data, Calls sound trash. I even opened a ticket yet I have heard nothing. The tech support seems like they dont even understand what basic tech support is. @FreedomMobile

PSA: Don’t trust the @FreedomMobile store at Jackson Square. I cancelled my prepaid plan on July 15 after switching to @koodo, but they still charged my card for August. Now I have to wait 5 business days just to see if I can get a refund. Your customer service number is a joke

Hey @FreedomMobile it's 2025. You've been in ( #VancouverBC since 2010 ) 15 Years I think it's time to fix your Data & Call Coverage. Can't even go on the SkyTrain without losing service all over.

@FreedomMobile the worst internet in Canada, everyday my wifi is glitching and customer service is completely useless, not worthy at all!
