    Don’t bother getting #freedommobile they don’t have customer care. Only virtual and not one concern rectified.

    It really sucks when a company stops making improvements or progress to their services or offerings. @FreedomMobile comes to mind for their poor network.

    every time I try to pay my internet bill, the @FreedomMobile website fails "Once logged in MyAccount select the ‘Home Internet' tab" ...that tab doesn't appear. And with a "new redesigned MyAccount", who even knows what's broken
