    @freedomsupport Well after speaking to 5 different people I was told nothing we can do. In a very rude manner actually. Can send the screen shot of it if you prefer.

    @freedomsupport hi there! I'm trying to get VoLTE on my phone to work. It used to work, but I changed the firmware and it doesn't work anymore. Says volte not provisioned. Thank you!!

    @freedomsupport It's been over three weeks. How long does it take someone to open a database table, uncheck a box, and press save? @Bell how long would it take you to unblock a customer's text messaging if flagged by accident?

    @FreedomMobile Most affordable shouldn’t equal to terrible customer service. Please train your staff on what Customer Service should be. The worst customer care I’ve ever experienced. Do better Freedom Mobile
