    @FreedomMobile is a complete garbage service and I will disconnect all 3 accounts ASAP. I keep getting with the prepaid accounts and I hear is because we have some defect! My son ended up without the service in a dangerous situation because of your defect. There you have it!

    Hello @FreedomMobile I bought an IPhone XS Max from you as a customer and have since paid off the phone however the phone is till locked to freedom mobile after all these years. I have visited your service center and called tech support countless times.

    . @FreedomMobile - your TV app update has failed. I would at the least expect the company to email users to say - 'its broken'. So essentially I am paying for a service that I can't use until you fix it.

    . @FreedomMobile - I have 4 phones / internet and tv with Freedom - been a customer since it was WIND - like 15 years. Your TV app is failing after its latest update. At the very least you could email customers to say 'we are having an issue'.

    Hey @TekSavvyCSR @TekSavvyBuzz I can get cheaper Internet and TV with Freedom mobile ! About $60.00 Cheaper ! So unless you can fix my bill going $127.00 to $181.60 I will be going with the most reliable provider in Canada ! @FreedomMobile
