    @freedomsupport is forcing me to go into a mall to return a phone and putting me (7 months pregnant) at risk in a pandemic because THEY forgot to send a shipping label to return a phone. This company has been nothing but terrible to deal with when trying to upgrade.

    @kkeen0 @FreedomMobile I have. Been on text with customer support for the past two days. They just keep saying the fee is non-refundable.

    @FreedomMobile @freedomsupport Hi,,Need urgent support from Top managment of Freedom, I was in Canada in 2018 and then gone back to home country and was stuck in Covid there for 4 years, Now came back and want to settle with good deal with old o/s with freedom,

    @freedomsupport why bother? it's just going to happen again next month. If it weren't for the fact i should only be paying $15/month for this, i would have left already. since you guys keep hitting me at $20, i'll just find another service

    @freedomsupport Hey, is there any way to flag fraud phone calls with you? I've got 8 automated "Service Canada caught you doing a no no, you need to pay bitcoins or go to jail" calls today. All from different numbers. I can't find anyway to flag is fraud.
