Scott C (@scottacalvert) reported@FreedomMobile find out it was an issue on your end. 5 lines not working all day, can't get a hold of anyone until 6pm. Asked what is going to be done about 5 ppl not being able to work all day. Responses was nothing.

I am having to use my mobile as a hotspot because you can't deliver service. Whatever changes you have made lately have failed miserably.

rehan (@wawast) reported@FreedomMobile I've not been able to get a hold of support regarding my cell phone service through freedom mobile WhatsApp support. tried multiple times but got no responses after waiting many hours. On one occasion the wait was 6+ hours and then I was kick'd off the queue.
