    @FreedomMobile you charged me $101.20 for your agents mistake for roaming. According to the ctc you can only charge a max of $100. Fix my bill

    @freedomsupport I just received a second one today. Why would customer service tell me it is spam and ignore it? An email telling me someone has changed my billing address? Very sketchy
