    @FreedomMobile Online. in store they ding you for $30 after failing to mention this fee when asked 20 or so times about "the total cost" during customer service calls. Don't forget to mention that, eh? it's not $0, it's $30.

    @FreedomMobile I pay money to use this service and they messed up my day because I Missed an important call from my job. My job said they called me 15 time!!! And it still didn’t go though... so mad

    @freedomsupport @LiZi59145674 Whats the point , youve seen my last dollar....i dont even recieve service i've paid for. it's over. Worst phone company period. You won't refund for lost service. **** policy.

    @freedomsupport if i could pay online, do you really think i would drive 5km? your answer is as disrespectful as the shopkeeper was with me. This justifies my desire to cancel this plan. 4 years paying to be treated this way. Ridiculous

    @FreedomMobile, your customer service sucks. Please fix your 1 (877) 946-3184 and serve your customers with some respect. Shame on you I had to answer 3 surveys, and after not accepting any of your offers, you ended my phone call Called you 4 times #wednesdayrant #freedommobile
