@freedomsupport Fix the Freedom Mobile website! How can I pay this month's bill on behalf if the My Account section is being very glitchy today? Tells me "Login Failed, Please try again." Would attempt to log in, and nothing happens, and when I'm able to get in, it kicked me out.

After complaining to corporate and sending them a letter @FreedomMobile I never received a reply, an apology, nothing so I am now taking mine @UntilTheNextTee and my sons phone from them going to Bell.. my recommendation DON’T GO TO FREEDOM!! They are the worst and disprespectful

When your being told your not the owner of your account and you did what they asked you to prove it and they still telling you your not then you'd be as pissed as I am I've never not paid my bills and being treated like a criminal

@freedomsupport worst service EVER! Can't do anything on the website. And when you FINALLY get on to someone, VERY BAD english AND get disconnected. DISGUSTING!
