    @FreedomMobile Tonight I had the pleasure of dealing with Diane Lynn from Victoria, BC. I ran into data issues and couldn't access anything. Diane solved the issue in 3 minutes. What a delight. Thanks, Diane. You're the epitome of what CS should be! Freedom, get more Dianes!

    @FreedomMobile opened a ticket bc when I call the Omni Nashville, regardless of the format used, I get a prompt asking me for my voicemail number. other US numbers work. the number works with Rogers and Bell. Support says they will fix the routing issue when they fix it

    TERRIBLE NETWORK! I lose service completely when I am in downtown Toronto. A lot of times it just goes to SOS. Other times I see only 1 bar even on 5G. I had so many client calls drop this week and every single one of them has complained they couldn’t hear me. @FreedomMobile
