@freedomsupport I'm current customer with 2 phones, since 2014. One is used mainly for house, so data is fine. The other is used way more, research, work. I wanted to get more GB instead of current 5. Can I change and what if I just paid for my current plan yesterday.

  • ChJWo ChrisW (@ChJWo) reported

@freedomsupport Ok, so then again...I come back to my original point - that a new customer is getting better pricing.

  • ChiefHubbaBubba Paul (@ChiefHubbaBubba) reported

@freedomsupport You can’t we’ve been through this song and dance many times. Respect to your customer service for always reaching out even though the company has failed to make the service any better for years now.

  • tdimakas Thanasi Dimakas (@tdimakas) reported

@AnthonyLacavera @FreedomMobile Was a former Freedom customer and although the plans were cost effective, the reliability of service was mediocre at best (dropped calls all the time) and the customer service over the phone was painful. I tried supporting the ‘small guy’ but didn’t feel supported back.

  • Jemini___ 🃏 (@Jemini___) reported

@FreedomMobile How do you find it acceptable that your customer service team is not unlocking my legally purchased second hand iPhone? SIM locking has been banned in Canada for more than four years. This is not acceptable.

  • DeepakK01310323 big rig (@DeepakK01310323) reported

I have been on hold more than 2 hours to talk with an agent this what you call customer service @FreedomMobile

  • moe_mnf Rugby Dude (@moe_mnf) reported

  • darrellito D (@darrellito) reported

@freedomsupport counting the days till I can switch networks. nothing works. $100 plan-$$$ AF phone was the only one available when covid started.. doesn't even have unlimited data. was worth it when I paid $50 but this SUCKS

  • Marie1Kate Kate (@Marie1Kate) reported

@freedomsupport Sorry dms are for whatever reason not working for me. Thanks, but I guess it will have to wait.

  • ChJWo ChrisW (@ChJWo) reported

@freedomsupport Yes, but as an existing customer looking to BYOP and upgrade the plan on an existing line - I'm better off switching the line away from Freedom and coming back as a "New Customer/Line" to save that money. No reward for a loyal customer to keep an existing line...this is my point.
